"Oh! Don't worry, she's still here!" Winter patted the space next
to him revealing something invisible, yet solid. He had shown no
reaction when the Eevee had vanished, he was so used to it he
forgot it wasn't normal for a Pokemon to vanish into thin air. "The
only Eevee with special powers is Shade, I promise you." He waved
at the Umbreon next to his old crush
Rushelle stared at the spot. "Woah..that's so cool!" When she
looked back at Winter, her eyes looked like they were going to fall
out of her head. "Whaaat? What kind of powers does he have?"
“Just living my life in the skies as usual. Aaaand I guess I’ve
been having fun.” Emerald smiled as he waved his paws in front of
him, sending a small burst of turquoise sparkles. “My bubbles are
getting better at least.” He thought back to Luminia. What had he
accomplished? Well... just a normal life. But honestly, he wanted
that.
"She's a Mew." Winter said simply "My secret best friend. Don't
tell Typhoon, okay?" The presence created by the friend in question
shifted to Winter's other side.
Typhoon smiled, offering his hand. "Why hello there." He knew
offering to shake hands with a snake would be awkward, but maybe
they could reach out with a tail or something? He was just here to
greet the students for now.
He glanced at it, and just sort of nudged it with his jaw "what am
I supposed to do?" He asked, before sheen socked him in the back of
the head in pure rage
Rushelle nodded vigorously once more. "I won't, I won't!" She
looked around. "So what are we supposed to be doing again? I got so
excited that I forgot. Something about waiting for someone? Tyloon?
Or was it Typhoon?"
“Hm? A video game console?” Emerald said curiously as he held the
console and looked at it and the game. “Thanks Shade! Your gifts
are quite something...” He murmured. “I only wish I can return the
favour in some way...” He put the game and console away for
safekeeping...and to play on later
"Well you're going to stop or you can consider yourself gone. It's
not too late y'know." He held her in the air, his eyes. Narrowed.
Typhoon was not the sort of guy you wanted to mess with.
Rushelle heard shouting and ran over. She was smart enough to know
that she shouldn't get involved, but she was naturally attracted to
all the noise and movement. She avidly stared with an emotion
somewhere between fear, excitement, horror, and curiosity. She had
no idea someone could feel all those things at once.
"And I don't give a flip. There will be no violence unless I or
some other authority says so. Understand?" He closed his hands into
a half fist, choking her slightly.
Emerald looked at Shade hiding. “W-Wait for me!” He would run and
duck behind a boulder with him. He wasn’t shivering as much usually
but he was a little nervous
