There was no more enemies nearby...not even any living things...

Azure checked the parchment and pocketed one of them, the other...he took a good long look at it, confused

Fortem smiled. He'd known that Azure wanted the chance to explore a temple himself, and now he had one. "Lets find it, then!" He announced.

With the map, it turned out to be surprisingly easy...it just lead underground within one of the mountains

"This is cool," Fortem voiced aloud. He'd learned that he felt at ease underground since he'd arrived at the surface, and though the temple (Fortem wondered what it's name was- the Cave temple perhaps?) was, well, a little unnerving like all the other temples were to him, he still had to appreciate the place. He tried to sense his surroundings through the rocks in the dirt- a trick that he'd been practicing, and was still working on. He didn't know if it even worked, but if it did, Fortem thought it would be useful.

“Inside we go.” Azure said as he headed inwards, with Emerald and Hiro following.

Inside was just as eerie as outside...it was dark and drab...something seemed off...there were multiple statues aroujd the area

A sound reverbrated through the area, no doubt it was an alarm...

Azure tutted a little. "I see. So they've set up base here..."
Azure used Surf...and knocked them both out.

"We need a way to turn off the alarms...in some way..." He said. He didn't seem bothered.

"Would breaking them work? If they're rocks, I could probably try..." Fortem suggested. He was amazing by the strength of the usually lazy pokemon's attack.

"I think it'd be safer...if we try to shut off the system completely...what if breaking the statues cause an even worse effect...?" Azure mused as he moved forward. He was looking around the room for something to knock out the system

"True..." Fortem scanned the room, sniffing around to see what he could find. He hoped to spot something useful... maybe the alarm had already alerted everyone though. Fortem sure hoped not...
