Daree snickered. "Fallen angel? What'd you do to get kicked out of there?" She nodded her head towards the sky. She had never liked angels - the were always too... Perfect. She hated how helpful they were, and more than that, she hated that they always did the right thing and never made mistakes. It was extremely annoying.

"I have no idea. I was born like this. I guess I got it from one of my parents but I would never know... I grew up as an orphan." James said, quietly, ignoring the demon's mocking laughter. He was used to this. An angel was never welcomed be it fallen or not. "James, come on! I wanna see this palce!" and with that Crystal dragged her brother away like a ragdoll.

Daree couldn't help it - she laughed as his sister dragged him away. That was a rather lame story, she thought. Boring, to say the least. She went back to leaning on the wall, waiting for the tour to start. Evidently, the twins had forgotten that there was even going to be a tour, seeing as they were going off to explore on their own.

Veil eyed the cough drops and then looked up at Cora. “I, uh, thanks.” Veil took them sheepishly and rummaged in his bag for a large bottle of water. He tipped some in his mouth and dropped the drops in, the water flowing faster until about half a litre disappeared down his throat.

"Crystal!! There is a tour!" James said, protesting as he watch his sister. "I know, just need to get you away from her, she must not know why you are a fallen angel..." Crystal trailed off as they watch the others from far away. "It is a secret we need to keep to ourselves and no one should know." "That is true" James muttered quietly, "If you need me, I'll be in your shadow." and with that he disappeared.

Veil carefully watched the conversion between the siblings and twitched with an unreadable emotion. The next time he spoke, his voice was clear and smooth, almost therapeutic to listen to. “We doing introductions or what?” Veil spoke loudly, but it didn’t sound like a shout but it somehow reached all of their ears.

Daree looked over to the masked Demon, her arms crossed. "Nah, I figured you'd all read my mind, so I decided to not tell you people about me," she teased. Her English accent was kicking in again - she honestly had no idea why it did that. The Masked person's voice was rather soothing, which she disliked - aggression is what keeps people alive.

A smile crossed Veil’s face. “I like you, trust isn’t something that is immediately earned.” His voice seemed sweet but as he continued talking, it was laced with an unreadable emotion, as if he realised what he was saying half way through. His gaze was barely seeable through the mask, but his green eyes gleamed with what could have been praise.

She nodded. "Well, trust is generally bad. The second you trust someone is the second you lose all your secrets." She was becoming slightly more serious now. Nobody had ever told her that they liked her - people generally hated her. She also want good at recognising emotion, so didn't notice the tone of his voice or the look in his eyes. "And secrets were made to be... Well, secret, right?" She was really starting to dislike her accent. It made her sound posh, and polite.

Crystal walked over to the masked demon, hiding the smile she had on her face from others to see. The seed of lie was planted, now just to watch it grow. There was a reason as to why James was a fallen angel but for a total different reason. James didn't do anything wrong, he did something right that caused him to be a fallen. Speaking about it in a suspicious manner, dragging James away was just a part of her plan to prevent them from guessing the real reason.

Veil nodded. “Secrets are what identifies person. Without them, you’re just another leaf on a tree,” He spoke and then coughed, giving a lighthearted laugh. “Come on, lighten up. This is a school, not a courthouse.” A wide grin was on his face as he attempted to change the subject.

"Feels like a Courthouse sometimes..." Daree mumbled, before taking his hint on changing the subject. "Do you have a cold or something?" She took a step back, teasing. "Or are you choking?" She eyed the Demon quickly, before adding, "I'm not doing the Heimlich maneuver on you."

“Just dehydrated, my magic uses a lot of water. Y’know how greedy plants are,” There was something behind his words that felt similar to malice, his tail twitching once as his eyes narrowed slightly. Realising he was showing signs of aggression he swiftly moved on. “I- what about you?”

Juristi stepped out of his dorm. There was nobody else there, so he had it so himself for the moment. He had already been toured around the facilities more than once, the staff not recognizing his different forms. He had managed to memorize the entire school in the several days he'd walked around there.

Cora watched as Veil swallowed the cough drops without issue. Good. She didn't just murder the lizard.

From there the other students started talking about secrets for some reason. She sighed. Wasn't telling someone that you had a secret the worst thing one could do? She opened her mouth to speak, but changed her mind. It was none of her business.

She glanced around, thinking about sneaking away from the tour and finding the dorms on her own. These bags were getting heavy.

Juristi, in his blank form, started to wander the halls. He really just looked like a human, but blank white and without any features, facial or otherwise. He was quizzing himself, naming all the rooms and such without looking at the signs. He could hear the tour group somewhere nearby, but the halls echoed so much he didn't bother trying to find it.

"..." James said nothing, materialising out of Crystal's shadow, yawning after just taking a short nap as a shadow. Crystal shot him a "are you kidding me" look and shook her head. When they finally reached the dorms,Crystal raised her eyebrow and James nodded. They did not need to talk to know what each other me. Here, the were just talking about being separated. And with that, they both entered their respective dorms, getting ready for class.
