"My, my...are you here for the dance lesson?" A Ludicolo wandered up to them. Evidently, quite the fitting pokemon to be teaching this sort of dance. The pokemon who were learning seem to be beginners also, with bumbling steps as they made their way through the routine

"Yes, please!" Fortem nodded, as Audax stood silently beside him. "There's three of us..." Fortem fumbled around with his money pouch, while searching the theatre to spot Emerald.

Emerald would appear not moments later, giving Fortem a great hug as he entered the scene.

"Wonderful!" The Ludicolo exclaimed. "Three of you, one hour, that's 75 Bronze Real. We'll give you the best tuition we can give, so you can show you stuff once you get out there. Who knows? You may attract the attention of DJ Nico!"

"Eh, I doubt it..." Audax muttered with a smile, folding his ears down contently. Fortem quickly pulled out eight silver real. "Keep the change!" He placed the coins into the ludicolo's glove-like hand.

"Fortem...that's practically 10 times the amount you were supposed to pay..." Emerald whispered

The Ludicolo handed back 6 of the Silver Real coins. "I understand that you want to be generous, at the same time, we don't want to steal all of your money away. Rioverde is about enjoyment for everyone." He chuckled as he guided the three onto the area where the other peeps were gathered. It was apparent that some of them looked a little drunk....

"With a one, two and a three!" The Ludicolo began showing basic steps and how to execute them

Fortem and Audax did their best to follow along, Fortem stumbling slightly as he tried following the moves to their actual speed. Audax took a slower approach, trying out each dance move a couple times in slow motion first.

The Ludicolo showed each step at a slow pace. With other Ludicolo milling around, correcting everyone who made mistakes. Their energy inspired something within everyone. It was slowly picking up. The jolly music in the background accentuated this

Fortem found himself enjoying the tropical music a lot. After a decent amount of practice, he was able to dance along to the lively, booming beat of the drums. It was a satisfying feeling. Audax was glad he was learning to dance in this crowded environment where everyone was learning, so he didn't feel so awkward and alone.

Audax felt a nervous shiver in his legs... would he be able to keep up? But, as he saw Fortem's smiling face, he caught some of the lycanroc's determination. Trying to turn his nervous energy into dancing energy, he tried keeping the beat in his head, humming along to the song quietly as he began trusting himself a little more.

Emerald was dancing away, well attempting to. His goofy nature really showed through his moves as he did not care about what anyone else think.

"Well done! You've got the basics!" The Ludicolo cheered enthusiastically. "But be creative! Improvise! Put your own flair into your steps!"

Fortem took the ludicolo's advice to herat. In the middle of one of the moves, he whipped around, making a tight spin, before finishing it off on time. A grin spread across his face. Audax thought for a moment. What if you could use moves in dance? Making sure there was room around him, Audax used swift, trying to make the little stars swirl around him while he was dancing.

Audax's appeal showed in that spur of the moment. The stars really added to his 'Cool' factor right there and then. "Very cool!" The Ludicolo yelled out to Audax. "Don't be afraid to incorporate effects into your dance! But be sure not to harm anyone!" Taking this to heart, some of the others explored some of their own moves. Emerald himself, let his aura shine with every movement, leaving emerald green sparkles with each paw and leg movement.

Fortem didn't have any aura or swift-like moves... it was difficult for him to change the direction of his rock type moves. Instead, He hopped up, summoning a flat stone edge rock underneath his feet, like an elevated platform. The familliar rock texture also helped him get a better grip, increasing the quality of his dance moves. Audax was pretty smart to try incorporating moves into the dance!

"Very Tough!" The Ludicolo nearest to Fortem commented, with a happy smile on his face. The hour was almost up now, and the Ludicolo were signalling that the hour lesson was almost over

Fortem got down from his platform, a little bit sweaty. "Better not tire ourselves out too much before the dance party," He said to Audax, who nodded in agreement. "Thank you!" Fortem grinned at the ludicolo.

The Ludicolo all waved them off. Before welcoming the next batch.

"So guys...wanna dress up? Or do you wanna just dance as is? I don't mind!" Emerald said excitedly. He could already see the stands which offered up all sorts of costumes.
