Cramorant eating Arrokuda eggs?

Thing is, I bought a shiny pikachu to feed a shiny cramorant, and instead of the pikachu, it ate one of the arrokuda eggs. I didn't notice at first but putting another cramorant on my party, it tries to eat another egg too.
Pretty sure it's a bug.

Because all the shiny Cramorant I found in your boxes, were all eating something different ^^'

Edit: I'm going to change hunts right now so I can't send pics or anything, I think it's easy to prove thought just put an egg and a cramorant in your party
