I love fishing, is one of my favorite minigames on this site. well, there are a lot of potential mega-able that can be caught, so my suggestion is to add a rod that will only catch potential mega-ables (magikarp, carvanhja, squirtle, mudkip, slowpoke, feebas, etc) and extremely rarely already mega evolved pokemon.
Before you say ¨but Gosth, this would be so OP, will allow users get SM easily¨

well, i have some ideas for avoiding that:
1. mega evolved pokemon would have the same time and speed as regular fish, that for avoiding people refreshing the page
2. shiny bait will have no effect on mega evolved pokemon (this doesnt mean that already mega evolved pokemon will never be shiny, they would be full odds plus fountain, shiny charm and premium benefits)
3. the rod could have a mega evolved daily limit.
4. for unlocking this rod you need to unlock all other rods (except magikarp)

I like this without the already megaevolved option... You can cook (or buy) megastones easier,so seeing that its already megaevolved would make it too easy... But the Mega-rod is what i vote for :)

well this idea is pretty good, and i dont think that the sign that its mega able or not will be shown when its caught, but WILL be shown when its adopted... so by catching a mega evolved poke, will atleast guarantee that you have caught a cool poke, and so you can just use other pokes caught to trade with leah.

overall, i like the idea, and for getting the rod, we can do like: exchanging 3 of every mega able pokemon?

also, i hope that sobble gets added to emera beach soon, whenever this update is made

Well I don't think this is a good suggestion. The problem with this suggestion {what I feel} is that it would decrease the value of mega-ables in the PH market. Instead of creating new rod just to catch mega-able pokes , it would a better idea to increase the chances catching mega-able using shiny rod. This way there could also be very very small chance to catch a shiny mega-able pokemon.

I didnt said this increase the chance of getting a mega from the beach, this is just for catching pokemon that has the chance of being mega

Honestly this idea would bring up the value of some of the megables in the ph Market. Which is At a pretty harsh Inbalance.

Causing people A NEED to buy them. For those who super use Emera beach. i surley do :)
