Brooke found herself at the door of Professor Birch's lab. While she typically wasn't nervous, now seemed to be one of those rare times, where her heart was pounding and her hands were shaking. Slowly she reached out and knocked on the door. "Hello? Anybody here?"

Brooke nodded at his words and she looked down to look at the Pichu. She was pretty cute, if Brooke had anything to say. "Thank you!" She chirped, scooping up the shiny pokemon. "Do you know where the other trainers might be?"

Brooke nodded. "Alright, so I shouldn't be too far behind then. Thank you again for the Pichu, and sorry for being so late!" She exclaimed, starting to run off towards Route 1.

Brooke had started to enter Route 101 when it stared to turn dark. "I had no idea I arrived so late..." She turned to look at her Pichu, which had affectionately been named Amphere. "Guess we should set up camp, huh." She started gathering up and piling logs for a campfire, lighting it. She started to cook some food, though it was really just some instant, pre-made food. She pulled out a few berries for Amphere to eat while she dug into her food.

Before it was night Tazuli and the rest of her Pokemon went to the Pokemon center to sleep, as soon as it was sunrise she woke up along with the others, she decided to go to Route 102 again to try and catch some Pokemon or atleast train hers

Brooke got right back up to her feet when the sun rose. She looked at Amphere, who was still asleep. She sighed and figured she'd let the pokemon sleep a little longer. She gently scooped up the small Pichu, slipping her in her bag. When she started walking down Route 1 she was careful not to jostle the bag too much.

Tazuli walked around Route 102, she heard there was a rare pokemon(aka ralts) there but she didn’t know which Pokemon was it, she just knew she wanted to catch it as soon as she sees it, Blazer was just quietly following behind her as she noticed some tall grass shake

Brooke started to search for pokemon when she noticed Amphere starting to wake. She brushed some stray hair from her face, as she searched the tall grass.

“Oh sh- it was someone else’s Pokemon?” Tazuli said as she used a potion on Blazer and Fae before going back to tall grass to search for other Pokemon to catch
