A bunch of bullies placed a little kid in my jaw because I can't control my actions...
I eventually closed my jaw biting of the kid's face off...

Winter listened. Death...it was a big part of the answer that hovered in the outer reaches of his mind. Why couldn't he grasp it? The death sounded awful, sure, but why did he loose control of his actions during the day? Why was he here?

Winter stared at them. That was right. They were built, not born. So why did Melon's description set of a bell in his mind? As if describing a memory from his own past...flames...and a slightly different looking vulpix that he felt a strange attachment to, escaping ahead of him...

Winter sat in the corner, thinking...he remembered fear, so much fear, then heat, the the sharp pain that stabbed into his fur and flesh as cruel tongues of flame licked into him. Then in was over, two fast ans too slows at the same time. So how did it connect to this? He sat quiet, lost in thought
