She turned around, her back to Nell. Her and Isake were on either side of the Lugia, Darkrai hovered a few feet over Nell, also protecting it

A bigger Shade came out of the ground, looking like it was made of more Shades melded incompletely into one.

Relic and Vestige used their special moves. Isake and Owin waited for it to move closer.

Nell played dead. She hoped the Shade wouldn't even notice she was there.
But she was also worried about Isake and Owin. If they were in danger Nell could barely do anything to help them.

The Shade ripped its right arm off and threw it at the ground, the arm regrowing and the severed limb turning into more Shades.

Owin also moved closer to Nell. He stood next to his sister as they wilded their weapons and slashed at one of the shades.

Relic and Vestige used their special moves again on the main shade.

Temporus released his attack, wiping out a lot of the Shades. Three of them charged for Scriptus, but he took them down by tricking them into attacking each other.

The main Shade took out a Shadowblade and lunged at Relic and Vestige, striking them both.
