Givit was caught off-guard, not expecting the paralysis to end that abruptly. However, this gave Taway time to approach and use Spark. They knew the paralysis of similar electricity didn't make it hurt as much, though, so she relented in hopes of being able to dodge their next move afterwards.

It didn’t really seem like they were doing much damage at all. However...at that very moment, the Primeape simply faded away. Leaving Givit and Tawey free to take the crystal flowers

Givit gets up. Taway jumped high up into the air as he had imposed a reflex on himself to do so as soon as the primeape did anything, and then fell down. They both grabbed the flowers and headed back to the tree, thinking about how weird that encounter was.

(ok last try) he went around wondering what the item could be. Then, he spotted a berry bush and decided he could use a snack. Then, a shiny object caught his eye....

He just smiled cheerfully as he decided to pull Rea onto his lap, closer to his stomach. You could tell why he described that area having the softest fur
