Tidestar sat in the middle of camp and started to groom herself.

Rubyheart jumped on the mouse and killed it. "I got two pieces of prey!" she yelled triumphantly to Waterstrike.

Tidestar looked up from her grooming. She saw some of the patrols coming back. "The borders are secure, right?"

Rubyheart could smell a vole a little farther away. She pounced but had done so too soon and missed.

Once Duskflurry had picked all the marigold she could carry she turned to Silentpaw and motioned to come back to camp with her.

Once her cats had taken a break Tidestar went out hunting again (this time actually a patrol).

MoonDust sniffed the air, hoping to scent some form of prey. She hoped that something good would be there to catch, but it seemed there wasn't anything but very faint old trails in the area. Bitterly, she moved on to a different edge of one of the mountains, hoping to now find something.

Would you mind telling her that?" Thistlesilver, can I take my assessment today?" a small learner came up from her den. "Garnetpaw, I think that if that's what you want, you'll find that Honeydusk (an exiled yellow she cat) is ready to assess you." amusement glittering in her eyes as the small red tabby bounded away.
