Doomhunter growled "I only paralyzed her. Queen Thorn would decide what to do with her; not me." He then struck at the Seawing hybrid attempting to hit him.

Pine decided to restrain the Sandwing hybrid's tail. she used Leafspeak and was able to get some plants to stop his tail from moving.

Brimstone went over to the injured hybrid. She turned to the hybrid's friend. "Help me carry her to the Rainwings. They should be neutral. I think those vines aren't going to break anytime soon."

Doomhunter glared at the Icewing hybrid. With his tail restrained he couldn't do anything.

Brimstone was trying to find a way to counteract the paralyzer.

Pine watched as the Nightwing went limp. She glared at him then smacked him with her tail.

Pine looked at the Icewing hybrid. She stretched her wings and went over to the other Icewing hybrid and checked her condition. "The Nightwing's right. She's only paralyzed. The Rainwings should have an antidote.

"Thank goodness" Brimstone mumbled. "What do we do with him?" she asked pointing at the Nightwing hybrid.

"I say we just leave him" Pine said.

Doomhunter just glared at the Seawing this whole time because if it wasn't for her he would have been able to get both Icewing hybrids and take them to Queen Thorn.

Before Shadowslayer could leave for the meeting, she was intercepted by her mother, Saviour.
“Where are you going, young dragoness? You need to do your homework.”
“I’ve done it already.”
“Well, that doesn’t explain where you’re going.”
“To a meeting. Of Pure NightWings.”
Saviour sighed. “I need to tell you something, Shadow.”

Shadowslayer sat down- this was obviously going to be a long story.
“EYE-MASK? BEFORE THE NEXT BRIGHTEST NIGHT, PLEASE??!!!” Aurora roared.

"Blindfold?" Brimstone asked confused.

"What for?" Pine then noticed how mad the hybrid was. "OK..." She said grumpily. She used her Leafspeak to get a plant to wrap around the Nightwing's eyes.

With the imminent danger dealt with, Aurora tuned to her sister. Shine’s scales were deathly white, and her eyes were screaming out for help.
“You know your father...” Saviour started.
“Yes?”
“Well, he was...”
“What?”
“Ummm a...”
“JUST TELL ME, MOTHER!”
“A RainWing.”
Shadowslayer stared at her mother in disbelief.
“He never knew about it. I thought it best to keep it secret.”
“A RainWing... was my FATHER. A RAINWING??!!!”
“Yes,” came her mother’s calm reply.

With a scream of anguish Shadowslayer leapt at Saviour and tore at any part of her she could reach: scales; wings; horns and claws, nothing was safe from the frenzied attack. The wild assault ended long after Saviour’s last breath left her mutilated body. A feeling of grief overcame Shadowslayer and she tried to shake it off. Then she realised. She was feeling sad, not sorry. Sadness could be tolerated, she decided, but not remorse. Shadowslayer’s talons were dripping with Saviour’s blood, and she decided to wash it off as to not look suspicious.

Brimstone helped the Icewing hybrid with her sister. As they were working on it Brimstone decided to talk. "I'm Brimstone. Who are you?" she asked both the Icewing and the Seawing hybrid.

Pine was making sure that the Nightwing hybrid didn't escape. She just sat there and watched him, her frostbreath already charged.

As Shadowslayer made her way to the river, she noticed movement in the trees. Walking closer, she spotted a group of hybrids. An IceWing/RainWing hybrid was holding down a NightWing/SandWing hybrid. More hybrids surrounded them, and one lay, unmoving, on the ground. “I’ll get you!” the captive roared as a blindfold was placed over his eyes. “When I get free you won’t be safe!”

The IceWing hybrid then walked over to the seemingly dead dragon and picked her up with the help of a yellowish looking RainWing. They began to have a conversation as they walked slowly away from Shadowslayer. A strangely green IceWingish dragon stood guard over the NightWing/SandWing.
When Shadowslayer was sure the IceWing hybrid and yellow RainWing wouldn’t hear her, she roared, “HELP!!! I’M HURT!!!”
She wanted the guard to be tricked into going to ‘save’ someone. After all, the NightWing was tied down AND blinded!

Pine thought she could scent another dragon. She looked around slightly startled then went back to watching The Nightwing hybrid.

As Brimstone walked away with the Icewing she made sure to use her second pair of wings to help her balance the dragon's weight. Her black scales that were scattered across her body were wildly changing color due to her emotions.

Doomhunter could tell there was another dragon. He wanted help but the other was probably pure. He again tried to move his tail breaking one of the vines holding it down. He made sure the Hybrid standing guard couldn't see what happened. Even though he was blindfolded he could still sense her movements.

Pine wasn't sure what to do. She was by herself due to the Seawing going with Brimstone and the Icewing hybrids. She looked between the source of the noise and the Nightwing hybrid and rushed towards where the noise was coming from.

The guard rushed towards Shadowslayer’s position. “HEEELLLPPP!!!” she called one last time, before plunging into the undergrowth beside her. Just in time, because the guard came rushing past in search of a dragon in danger. Once the sound of the hybrid’s stomping had faded away considerably, she ran out to the captive. “Sshhhh...” she hissed, “I’m here to help you.” She began to cut his bindings with her extremely sharp claws, making light work of them.

Pine didn't see anyone as she ran further into the forest. "Where is the dragon that needs help?" she muttered. She realized she had been tricked. She turned around and ran back into the clearing and saw a pure-looking Nightwing standing next to Doomhunter. *I'm outnumbered!* she thought. She charged her frost breath getting ready to fire it at the other dragons.

Doomhunter thanked the Nightwing. "I'm Doomhunter. I know I'm a hybrid put I work for Queen Thorn. I catch hybrids and bring them to her. That's the only reason I'm alive." he turned around as the Hybrid ran back into the clearing. The Nightwing had just finished undoing his blindfold. He turned and got ready to dodge the dragon's frost breath.

“STOP!” Shadowslayer yelled. She stood in between the bristling dragons. “Leave this dragon alone. He won’t hurt you anymore.” She exchanged a significant look with him. “I’m Shadowslayer,” she hissed under her breath, making sure the hybrid didn’t hear. “Meet me in the Scorpion Den.” She turned away from him and faced the hybrid. “Don’t tell ANYONE about this. Say he fought you off somehow. Make it up.” Then she flew away from the confused hybrid, and she only realised she had forgotten to wash her talons after she left the Rainforest. (Now I gotta go bye)

Doomhunter snarled at the hybrid one last time and flew towards the Sky kingdom and once he was out of sight he doubled back and flew towards the Scorpion Den.

Pine stood there bewildered she turned and went deeper into the Rainforest. She sat on a rock near a small pond and looked at her refection. She started to claw herself to make her story more realistic. (and because she was mad)
