Has anyone not gotten Celebi from the Honey tree after slathering the bark (and actually getting something)? It could be a guarantee!
Also, what was it like when you got the Egg? Was there a special picture for the tree? Was there text?
Sorry; I'm just really curious about this!

Nope, there's no guarantee, I already found a Combee, an Aipom and a Wurmple (or something like this). ;)

Is it just me, or does the honey tree change colors/shades? I could swear it's a darker golden color than before...

Ah, no. That's how long it will take for my Rumbling Pokémon to return to me; he has Honey. I mentioned that he got Honey earlier in the thread, I believe. Sorry I was so vague!

Do you think that there's anything different about the Honey given by the Gem Collector? You would think there's more to it than just slathering any Honey and getting lucky, especially with how quickly it was solved compared to how little information was given at the start, so it could be that the Honey has some secret flag or something that makes it possible... I'm over thinking this and ranting. XD

@Honigdieb: Right. Well, I got mine from some Sky Gifts that I've received.. I already went to Route 53 and wait for that mysterious Pokémon to pass by.. While I'm waiting for the Grass Gems from my Rumblers.. just in case.. ;)
