not really. if he knows his Username or something he might be able to recover his information with the flight rising staff.
the problem is, that it could look like an attempted account hack so they might turn him down.
But maybe they can do something with his IP adress linked to the account.
But it's all up to the staff anyway.

Worst would be: well sorry. you have to create a new account.
