"Psh, little ol' Cobalt don't mind, right?!" The parasite asked its
host to which it kept quiet. "Don't worry about me, Wildflight,
I'll be alright." Cobalt mumbled, trying to find a secluded spot to
take a nap.
Now, I'd say that's a task well taken
care of! Uh… were you expecting something
more?
Lunette flies very fast, dodging trees at the last second. She was
very silent as she flew around so quickly. And then she started to
remember. One time at nightfall, this was how she met Angel.
Dusk woke up, though she kept seeing foxes in the boxes, all kinds
of them, even when she blinked. She couldn't sleep anymore, she
couldn't move. All she could see were foxes, traumatized, in some
containment box she couldn't recognize.
As Lunette kept flying around, she saw something move in the corner
of her eye. She heard some yelping and she noticed that she wasn't
near the burrows anymore. She landed on a branch and tried to
figure out where the yelping was coming from. Then she saw a
familiar pelt. She blended into the night so she couldn't be
caught. She quietly landed on to the ground and walked slowly
towards the webbed box.
