Shadow radar bug (trying to start a hunt)

I paid the 200PD admission fee and clicked on a silhouette, I then got an error message that said "Error you are currently not on a hunt"
The green box comes up that typically shows the pokemon you emcountered but its completly blank and you have to refresh to get off the screen. Once you refresh it takes you back to the pay for admission screen, the 200PD is gone and you dont get to see what pokemom it was so if you havent found any Pokemon and this happens you will be down 200PD and will have none found.
You can then pay 200PD again to start a new hunt.
Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I wanted to report it.
Also there is no way I could have clicked twice as im on mobile and i only tapped once, as mentioned this has only happened to me twice since the Shadow Radar came out.
Edit: Also want to note that this has happened on both of my WiFi connections.
1st time happened on the better connection, just now happened on the not so good but useable connection. So I dont believe its an issue from my WiFi.

As you can see this happened again on mobile. Though as mentioned I have had it happen on PC too. (In fact the 1st time I encountered this was on PC)

However this bug does it at the start of the hunt so theres no Cancel hunt button and it just takes my PD and makes me start a new hunt.

Do you think you could record your screen when you try to start a hunt? Preferably with mouse visible.

I started a hunt and got Gyarados. As I already have one, I purposely broke the chain with an Exeggcute, but I didn't get the 'oops, broken chain' message. The prompt acted as if I got the same pokémon as I was hunting.
After clicking 'flee', the hunt continued on, but the next shadow I clicked gave the 'you're not currently on a hunt' prompt and a plain green background.
[I realized too late what was going on, so I forgot to take screenshots. I'll be sure to do so once it happens again]

I don’t have screenshots because I just angrily refreshed it every time, but basically the same thing as CatLady said.
Sometimes it will also happen after I’ve broke a chain, left the page, came back, and started a new hunt.

Also it hasnt happened since the double one I got.Which I did record, I uploaded the video to YouTube but having issues with getting it as a public video.
