Honestly I keep getting annoyed by the fact that I leave a lot of berries turn into seeds and when they r done I have no idea.

Maybe a notification like the one that appears when berries are ready to be harvested would be useful. Something like this:

Berrygarden
“50 seeds are ready to be collected”

This would be useful for people who leave berries there for a long time.

honestly, i don’t use the berry garden much but yeah i see your point. how are we supposed to know if there’s no notification??

Here you go:

You'll receive a notification showing the total amount of seeds to be claimed from a given Seed Maker when all Berries/Apricorns have processed through it, and there's nothing left in queue.

Clicking the hyperlinked "Seed Maker" will bring over to Tool Shed as well.
