A slash as black as night headed straight towards Angell, who put up a barrier, but the slash broke right though it, and slammed into Angell exploding “aaggg.....”

A person completely cloaked in shadows moved into view. It had a oversized black knife in its hand.

The columns dissapear. The being has its arms crossed. The shadows parting around its jaw to reveal a sadistic grin that seemed to say “That all you got?”

Angell came at it and swung her blade, and it stopped it With a bare hand, then flung Angell backwards “Pathetic.”
