I also have anxiety. I also have depression, ptsd and borderline personality disorder xp I'm a bit messed up. I think I might have add/adhd but idk

I'm glad that your anxiety has gotten better!

Mine has its phases. I'm really used to it, so I don't necessarily notice it. However, I got out of a breakup a month ago, so I've still been having meltdowns at night. *finger guns*

I can only offer virtual hugs (with your consent of course) I'm hoping you're able to heal. Please know that it will take time and it's ok to have meltdowns and sometimes healing takes you a back a few steps, but please remember to move forward and not to far back..if this makes any sense. I'm sorry >_< it made more sense in my head. It's harder to bring yourself back up once you hit rock bottom (which is what I'm trying to do..climb up because I've been in rock bottom for a really long time)

I'm always here if you need to talk (goes to anyone), I will never force you to talk only ask if you're ok. I like helping people so you're never a bother. Just know if I dont reply, it's because im asleep or im not online xp it may say I am, but I'm constantly logged in on my phone. (I forgot my password >_<)

I try to be nice to everyone because you never know what type of day they're having or what they've been through. If a single hi or smile can help someone go from a bad mood or something to a good mood then that's ok with me. Why I love working customer service too. I just like seeing people smile and stuff uwu

I try. I really do. I still try to be nice even if I'm in a bad mood. Unfortunately being nice all the time has its drawbacks, people use me and stuff. So I get hurt a lot. But it's ok, I can never hold a grudge. *shrugs*. I wish the world was nicer and stuff

I totally get that. :/ I usually try to be nice or at least neutral when I'm in a bad mood, so my parents can never tell how I'm doing.
