ok, so i have a friend who wants to join pokeheroes
but he wont get a registration code
its been about 2 months
he's contacted the team
he still hasnt gotten one
i tried making a different account for him
wont send
im sad.

Did they check their spam folder? And what's their email service provider (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, ...)?
