The check for the Pokeradar sometimes isn't specific enough. Do eggs obtained from the game center affect your chain? Redeemed as a prize or from the concentration game.

I haven't broken my chain with the eggs you win from the concentration game and egg voucher redeemptions. I haven't tried the prize exchange eggs, but I think they don't.

It is actually typed right there on the PokéRadar page the eggs that can ONLY affect your chain though. :O

The check is only for super unsure players, or not really understood the important note. :S

In the "check for the PokéRadar page" :

Where did you get the egg from?

* Lab
* Direct gift from Rowan (not a regular lab adopt)
* Daycare
* Special gift (not bred by your Pokémon)
* Gem Collector
* Safari
* Ancient Cave
* Harvest Sprite Egg
* Event Shop
* Tall Grass
* Other


Any options that didn't show from the first choices will land on the Other option, like the Game Center eggs (redeemed as prize or Concentration Game).. which wouldn't affect your chain. Try it. :B

Since those places doesn't even show at the important note of the Pokéradar page as well.. so, it really doesn't affect your chain at all. It's pretty specific, I'd say.. ;)

if i adopted an egg from the lab but didn't hatch it yet, does it count towards my shiny chain? plz help

It will affect your chain, but only when you hatch it. Put it in an egg box to save your chain.

no, it will dissapear, but the egg will still be there once you refresh.

if we hatch the egg first, then you turn on the radar and THEN you start itll work but like
