Zenith his over to a seat at the table. "Is see... But what of our shortage? If the heroes found us here, we would likely lose all of our members... As we only have a few. We must recruit more." Zenith says.

Phsylo gets up. "We have no leads anywhere. Might I slreccomend we split up into teams and search to cover more ground? After 6 months ago, the villains don't have anywhere near as many members." (Ignore that if we decide not to have that)

“Someone had to sleep well,” Devin said with a faint trace of a grin as she slipped into her seat, picking up a fork to twirl it around her fingers. Her face fell slightly at the mention of the loses. The base certainly felt.. Quieter than it used to be. “At least they haven’t found the base.” She mused, immediately knocking on the table afterward. “Recruiting could be fun. But how are we supposed to know they aren’t spies?”

Wyatt shook his head slowly, allowing the question to roll over him. The previous anxiety had faded thanks to Locus’ power, but it certainly didn’t take away any caution. “They have to be weakened, it can’t be too hard to find them.” He said, though it was mostly to himself.

“We should recruit more members, yes. The only thing we do get from a smaller group is a lower profile, and we won’t need that if we have more members.” Helda said, agreeing. She then looked over at Zenith, confused. “Unless you want to go out and spy on some spies, we do not seem to have a spy.” She said with a blank expression.

Going back to Devin’s concern, she thought for a moment before responding. “We could make a couple propaganda posters, then just throw them around town. We’ll have members coming in like bees to honey! Super heroes haven’t had to hide in their insignificant lives, we’ll tell who’s who. They love to carry around the silver spoon they were born with.” She mused with an evil grin, and chomping on her eggs with haste. “I’m sure us villans are...just misunderstood, hm? The smart ones who get that will be our future members!” She went on.

Wyatt stared at Locus, concern probably visible in his eyes as he watched the other male down five cups of coffee. He shook himself and turned back toward Juniper, levitating a few inches above his seat. He just shrugged in response to her question.

“Oooh, that could be fun!” Devin agreed with a wide smile. “I love posters. They’re so much fun. Those heroes shouldn’t be hard to weed out, you’re right.” She swallowed a mouthful of eggs before continuing to play with her fork. “.. That hero is an illusion? Man, that’s twisted. I like it.”

Helda laughs in agreement with Devin. “We are a twisted bunch, but a family, nonetheless.” She says somewhat grudgingly. She stands up suddenly, changing her relaxed expression to a stern and determined one. “Let’s get some posters going! Devin, you and I will make posters. Zenith will spy.” She orders as she walks into her room, soon coming out with two little drawing tablets and some computers, already flashing to signal they’re on. They still had little tags on them, signifying they were stolen. “We’ll make some designs, and once we’re done, i’ll print them.” She explains, already sitting back down at her table to start.

Locus finishes the last sips of the coffee. He watches as the final drop trickles from the cup. He props up in his chair. His eyes are full of sparkles and glitter before he begins to twitch... Suddenly... He pulls out his glasses and put them on, watching his leader change form.

"So, Juniper, I understand the predicament we are in. No doubt the organizational evil is a stain on our reputation for the cast of the public and the media. Not to mention the government funding but please keep in mind who we are up against. These people are highly intelligent. The fact we haven't gotten them enforces this. I place that we isolate ourselves, specifically those in higher order to work out a strategic plan. I know it may seem cautious but in the world we live in who knows who may be a shapeshifter or watching in this room. I don't need justification for your trust. I only ask that we make more cautionary steps before throwing ourselves into battle and risking lives and resources."

Locus face plants on the table. When he gets back up his glasses are gone and he's back to normal. "W-what did I miss?"

Lucus twitches "isolate, the manner of getting a group to discuss a plan with the leader and high, trusted superiors. This will allow for the highest educated strategy with maximum privacy in the case that the plan will need to be substituted in favor of another with minimal backlash. Funding and the way people, media, and most importantly, the government is extremely important to consider. We can't just destroy everything and get away with it. If we did what's the difference between us and the villains?"

“Uwoohhh.. You got new ones!” Devin beamed, admiring the new drawing tablets and computers. “Woah.. Look at how nice they are!” She grinned, before immeditaly launching into a mini-speech of sorts about the good quality and shape of the new devices as she turned the drawing pad over in her hands, eyes wide with excitement. “Okay. Can’t be too hard— Wha— They’re splitting up?” She asked, turning her eyes in Zenith. “They sounds pretty confident.”

Wyatt raised his eyebrows in wonder, though his eyes held a certain air of disbelief and shock as he listened to Locus. “.. He’s making good points, for someone drunk.” He said thoughtfully, almost excitedly as he recovered from his initial stage fright.
