All the gargoyles disappeared, leaving Natalie face down in the sand to recover from her spell.

“Annsley!” Kelsea dashes Dover up the girl. “Are you okay?!” She asked frantically.

Cinnie grumbled as she sat up. “Where are we?”

“Kelsea! I’m okay, what about you though? Did they hurt you?” Annsley starts to look over Kelsea to make sure she’s okay.

“What about Natalie? Didn’t she summon those?” Imogen threw a mildly concerned look towards the girl laying in the sand before checking on her cats, “I’m glad I decided to put you both away before going to sleep.”

Troye tapped the bracelet on his wrist twice and it elongated into his sword. He quickly fastened it onto his belt without a word. “What are we going to do now? We don’t have our stuff and we’re on some random beach.” Lise said, some slightly irritated. This is not how she thought her morning would go.

“Why don’t we try making a shelter? And then we get sleep.” Imogen heads towards some trees to begin gathering the necessary materials for a shelter, without waiting for a response.

“That’s the opposite of okay, that’s getting hurt. I’m going to get the guy that hurt you then next time I see them.” Annsley became even more worried about Kelsea and angry that they had been ambushed so easily.

"Good idea, Imogen." Cinnie nodded in agreement as she began to help look for materiaals for a shelter. "What could we use? Branches? Bark?" she muttered, mostly ot herself.


"It was suspicious from the beginning! The whole stupid ship!" Kelsea grumbled angrily.

Lise looked at Marcello. “Wouldn’t an igloo melt out here?” She asked. Troye thought for a moment. “I don’t think it matters too much. We’ll have to be awake in a few hours anyway. I say we just sleep, and have a few people keep watch.” He said.

"I'll take watch then, after all what else am I good for?" Marcello replied with a soft smile and a thumbs up. He actually wanted sleep but everyone needed to chip in and he had to do his part. Maybe he could....nah...he never could. The chances of him getting a friend from this where slim.

Imogen considers Cinnie for a moment before replying, “Stickes and bark will be best. It sounds like they’re making igloos so let’s see if we can prepare a fire to cook with.”

“Why take turns with watch? Ziggy can summon something to keep watch while we’re asleep. If she’s done being mad at me for lying.” Annsley pauses for a moment, “Wait, I know someone else can summon too. Who was it though?” She’s trying to remember but she’s still tired and the fall scared some of her memories away.

"Argh!" Priscilla cried, landing with a thump. She gave an awkward smile to the group, listening to their plans for the night.

"Hey, I was in AP Survival Sorcery back in school (is that an acceptable thing?) and I can help Troye guard tonight. Now, I call being leader!" Priscilla said, standing on top of a tall tree stump proudly.
