Start of the RP- is a Wednesday morning, nice and cool out, spring time, kids are heading to school.

Rose sighed as she headed out of the house. She heard one of her dogs barking, almost begging her not to leave for school. It was normal. She grabbed her bike that was sitting in the driveway and headed off to school. She stopped for a moment as she felt something calling for her I. The forest that was near the school. She shook her head and continued on her way.

James was at school early making up a test he had missed when he ditched school that Monday. The teacher was watching closely to make sure he wasn't cheating. He usually never did, but on the rare occasion that a test slipped out and the answers got around, he would use it to his advantage.

Troye wa standing in front of his locker, flirting with the crowd of girls that usually came to greet him every morning. He was almost always late to first period because of this, but there wasn’t really much he could do.

Lise was sitting in her first period class, doodling in her notebook. She would usually have been reading a book while waiting for class to start, but she had forgotten it at home. She usually never forgot things. Today was just strange. Why did she get the feeling something big was going to happen?

Rose reached the bike locks when she heard the first Bell to get to class. She sighed and ran in after she locked up her bike. She nearly ran into James who had just handed in his test to get to his first class. Rose shouted a quick apology before she reached her class. James has just shaken his head and went to class.

Troye heard the bell ring and sighed. Late again. He waved goodbye to the girls and ran to his first class. He knocked on the door and awkwardly waited while trying to come up wih a good excuse as to why he was late. Lise put her notebook away and heard the knock on the door. She bit back a laugh, wondering what excuse Troye would come up with today.

James looked over and gave Troye a look of "Late again?" He looked back as the teacher started class and wrote down that Troye was late again, then something happened.

A bright flash of pink, blue, green and yellow appeared, and suddenly, everyone but a select few were frozen.

James looked around and slowly stood up. "What just happened" he asked when he heard a startled scream from down the hall.

Troye grinned sheepishly at James before the bright flash appeared. He rubbed his eyes and glanced at everyone else in the room, confused. He heard the scream and jumped up. Lise jumped up as well, but she wasn’t sure what to do.

James motioned for Lise and Troye to follow him. He followed where the scream came from and saw Rose standing in the classroom with everyone else frozen. He saw the fear in her eyes and looked around. "Whats going on" Rose asked, her voice shaking.

Troye and Lise followed James into the hall. “We’re not sure yet. Are you okay?” Lise asked when she heard Rose’s question. Troye just looked around, trying to make sense of things.

Rose nodded. "After that bright flash, I heard something. It called my name" she said as she slowly made her way over to the others. "I-I think it came from the forest."

James looked at Rose. "I think I hear others that arent frozen as well" he said motioning down the hall. "Lets see whats going on" he said as he looked at Troye and Lise to make sure they were alright. They got lucky to be in the same class when it happened. He couldnt imagine the fear Rose went through with it happening alone.

Jace was in the gym alone. He didnt have a first period, but the coach wanted him to practice his shots with the basketball before the game that weekend. He didnt even notice what happened.

Sari was too into one of her books to notice what had happened until she had heard the scream. She stood up and walked outside the classroom. "Hello?"

Troye walked with Lise down the hall. He pushed open the gym door to fine Jace there. “Hey! Are you alright?” He asked. Lise looked back at James and Rose, motioning for them to come over.

Jace looked over and looked confused. "Yeah. I always practice at this time" he said. He then saw the scared look on Rose's face. "What's going on" he asked as he narrowed his eyes and looked around.

Troye shrugged. “We’re not sure yet. There was a bright flash, and now everyone except for us is frozen. You should come with us. I have a feeling we might want to stick together.” He said. He pulled out his phone, texting some of his friends to see if they weren’t frozen. None of them answered.

Jace shook his head. "This sounds like something in a fairy-tail book" he said. "How can people be frozen after a bright flash?"

Rose looked at Troye then to Jace. "I wont know, but its true" she replied before she heard someone else walk into the gym.

"Are we the only ones not frozen some how" asked Sari as she stepped into the gym.

James was still trying to figure out what was going on until he heard an echoing voice that called out the names of those not frozen.

Troye whistled when Sari walked in. “Hey gorgeous, you alr-,” He stopped mid-sentence when the voice called out. Lise moved closer to Troye in a defensive manner, even though he was much taller than her and could obviously take care of himself.

Lise nodded. “Why in the world would we follow some random voice? It could be a trap for all we know.” She said. Troye thought for a moment. “I guess you’re right. But what else are we supposed to do? Everyone outside of the school is probably frozen.” He said.

Rose thought for a moment. "We can gather a few things from my house and then go. And if one of my dogs isnt frozen we can bring too" she replied. "And we can ride the horses I have if you want to be more prepared."

Jace raised and eyebrow at Rose. "Jeez, over prepared much" he asked.

Rose rolled her eyes. "My dad collects old artifacts that still work, and once Im out of high school Im taking over the farm of breeding horses" she replied.

James and Sari were rather shocked hearing Rose before James looked at the group. "I guess we take a vote" he asked.

Lise raised her hand and forcibly raised Troye’s. We vote to get supplies with Rose. Troye’s house is pretty far away, but my house isn’t far from here. We can go to both of our houses if needed. She said.
