Scar nodded and blinked. "I'm going to call my parents later tonight. I promised Deirdre and I would do so often." She said kindly. "Also Aunt Ro?" She asked curiously and decided to try and make friends despite the fact that her timid nature was trying to effect her.

Miyah blinked and slowly nodded. "Yeah. Something like that," She smiled down at Suko and pet him. "How's the egg?"

Milo winced and quietly chuckled. "I don't even want to ask how he managed that," He gave a small smile. "The computer. Well... Tucker thought that there was something wrong with the keyboard, so Colin took it apart. Then, Tucker thought there was a virus keeping him from accessing a document. So Colin took it apart. Computer parts just everywhere."

"Healthy and close to hatching." Suko responded in a tired tone and yawned.

Max nodded in response to his pokemon, "what Suko said. Close to hatching and healthy. Maybe it'll hatch tonight." He said kindly and pulled the egg out of the bag. It was a faded blue with some markings on it.

Austin laughed in amusement, "ah I see. As for my dad? He managed to leave a pot on the stove with the flame on for a bit. Like a few hours, my mom caught it and dad felt awful for the whole thing." He said with a shake of his head. "I don't think he's allowed in the kitchen for a bit."

"Aunt Ro is a friend of my daddy's and at one point dated JJ and Simon's dad. She actually helped get me into the world as both my dads wanted a biological child so she acted as a surrogate mom." Micah replied.

"That'll be cool," Miyah visibly brightened. "Toka and Kibo would be thrilled."

"I'd get a cool sibling!" Kita barked from under the chair, scaring the living crap out of Miyah.

"What did I tell you about letting yourself out of your pokeball?" She looked down.

"We were inside and out of the rain. I figured it'd be okay."

Max and Suko laughed in amusement. The egg glowed faintly as if it were trying to respond to Miyah and Kita. "Yeah Toka and Kibo would be happy to hear the egg hatched. Hopefully it hatches before we call Mom and Dad tonight." He said happily and held the egg close.

"Oh yay that means there's a chance our future sibling will have both ice beam and Dragon pulse." Suko pointed out in amusment and grinned. Kita you can babysit it if it decides to use ice beam to try and cool me off like Kibo does." He joked gleefully.

"Kita the babysitter...not sure why I'm afraid of that term." Max said quietly.

Scar returned the smiled and nodded. "I'm sure of it. Uh do you want a cookie? I've got a few." She offered kindly.

Kita growled playfully and blew an extremely weak ember onto Max's ankle. Miyah snickered. "That's exactly why you shouldn't be a baby sitter, y'know."

"I disagree. I'm assertive!" Kita pointed out slyly. Miyah rolled her eyes and offered a piece of the apricorn cookie to him.

"Hey that ember might be weak but it still burns." Max said in shock and jumped back slightly. He fell over in his chair and fell to the ground the egg fell asleep well, but before it could be damaged, Suko caught it.

"And both of you are about as reckless as Tiger and my dad." Suko said with a sigh and jumped in shock as the egg glowed a bit more brightly. It looked like it was hatching.

"Am not," Miyah grumbled, crossing her arms. She looked over at the egg in shock. "What'd you do?! ...Oh, it's hatching?"

"Wasn't my fault! Egg did that all on its own!" Kita yiped, jumping up onto Miyah's lap.

Max mumbled something in response to Suko and blinked as he looked at the egg. "I think it is!" He said in excitement and smiled.

Suko blinked and shot Kita a look before looking back at the egg. It soon cracked and glowed once more, a moment later, the shell broke apart and a small Dratini was next to Suko.

Max smiled and cleaned up the eggshell remains before picking the Dratini up. "Thanks, Miyah. I'm sure both Kibo and Toka will be delighted to see that this little guy finally hatched." He said kindly and looked at his Pokedex.

"What moves does it have!?" Suko asked cheerfully and looked up to Max. "And what are you going to call it?"

(everyone's still in the cafe. They bought one of everything and is eating while an egg that Max had in his bag hatched into a Dratini, which is Kibo and Toka's child. We didn't go far without you.)

Max glanced at Miyah. "He has Ice beam, Dragon pulse, and twister." He said kindly. "I'm not sure on what I'll call him though." He said thoughtfully.

"Hmm..." Suko said thoughtfully.

"Uh sure I'll take one thanks." Scar said kindly and accepted the puff she looked at the Dratini. "He's adorable!" She said cheerfully.

Max smiled and glanced at Deirdre for a moment. "Um Deirdre? Do you have any suggestions for a name?" He asked gently in an attempt to try and get rid of the tension that was present between them.
