All done.
I think I had no problems with this one.
For this, I tried to make the eeveelution colour scheme on both sides work well, so there want the same colour on a other side.
For this one, I think it looks a little weird, but I tried my best.

The eeveelution party was pretty good, but you need more layering, not just pokemon standing on either side of the trainer
For the music notes, try to do those lighter pixels just a lighter hue of the pokemon's shiding
otherwise it looks weird

for recolors, scratching colors is required

I mean putting things behind each other and such so that their legs are hidden and such so it looks like they are standing farther behind and such

your also need to recolor shading
you can't just color everything the same
retry your assignment
just try making little changes with animations, like recoloring single pixels one by one so when put in an animation program, each frame in succession = an animation
if you understand, make a blinking eevee
for accessories, just try drawing accessories pixel by pixel
and don't forget shading
If you understand, try a chimchar with a bow

2 things
1: never recolor black (and try not to recolor white unless needed) or recolor 2 different colors to be the same

You have to use actual colors from pikachu in accordance to shading

I would've made the purple bit on misdreavus a bit more purple, or the pink bit more pink, but yeah, that works
and the top bit on snover could've been red or white as well

I would've made the orange more yellow and the blue lighter, but the pidove's okay
Remember to try and pick colors that compliment each other, and aren't too varied an such
Try a valentines-ish swanna, a purple regice, and a christmas-y jinx

The karp was good, but the pecha door should've had the yellow spots on the pecha berry instead of the tan bits, and the brown should've been green like the leaves
also, blushes on flygon too would've made it look better
