The mega Absol, besides the transparency, looks nice and I dunno if it's me, but the Kanga is a bit blurry to me.
Try a Pokemon trio with genders of your choice.

The actual recoloring job looks great! But there are a couple of pixels that you should've erased on the edges. :3
Try Delcatty as Purrugly and vice versa.

Well, here's the Illumise and Volbeat gijinkas you asked for. I recolored the bags to yellow because electric-type. And I tried to sprite Illumise's wings. >n<

XD I have the no rush rule for a reason. :3 Take your time. Also, wonderful trainer choice, the bags are supposed to be recolored when making gijinkas. (All accessories are. You can choose to leave the Pokeball red or if you want, recolor it to match as well. Your choice.)
And the scratch spriting for Illumise's wings are so cute! You did great!
Tip: If something is too hard to scratch sprite and the important detail on the Pokemon is in the back of it, (Like Blaziken) You can always check the back sprite as well. Just be sure to reshade it cause the lighting may be different.

It's not transparent, some pixels are missing and you should place them closer together. Good first try though. :3

The paper Treecko is perfect. The Cyndaquil, you should've added the lines on the head and flames. (Remember to sometimes add lines. :3)
