Gamefreak: okay Cyndaquil and Marowak need moves.
Nintendo: okay what're they're types?
Gamefreak: Cyndaquil is a fire type and Marowak will be a ground until gen 7 when we make a fire dark form of it.
Nintendo: oh we've got it! Cyndaquil can learn Ariel Ace and Marowak can have Ice beam.
Gamefreak: PERFECT!)

"You and I both." Tiger sneezed and covered his mouth with his arm. "Taji use a Flamethrower." He ordered. Taji nodded and went to use the move. He missed Hoothoot, and was hit by a tackle.

Taji nodded in response to Mira and blinked. He heard Hoothoot flying at him again. He then spun the bone club again and hit Hoothoot knocking him back a bit. "Nice job Taji!" Tiger cheered.

Taji smiled at the others and rubbed his eyes. Hoothoot flew at Taji once more and the Marowak used another ice beam. "Hoothoot dodge it!" The elder called out, but it was too late, Hoothoot fainted.

"Rattata try and dodge it with a quick attack." The Elder ordered. Rattata was hit by the disarming voice and slid back slightly. It ran at Hori with quick attack.

Hori flew back. "Growl!" Mira called. Hori would have bared his teeth had he any, but instead he just growled.

Rattata shivered as the growl made his attack drop. He shook his head, "Rattata use a tail whip." The elder ordered, Rattata nodded and ran at Hori with the move.
