(Okay the rules are:

1. No attempting to exit the camp.
2. "Nighttime" is from 10 pm to 7 am.
3. Violence against the chaperone, Monokuma, is strictly prohibited, as is destruction of surveillance cameras.
4. Sleeping anywhere other than inside the tents will be seen as sleeping in class and punished accordingly.
5. Anyone who kills a fellow student and becomes "blackened" will graduate, unless they are discovered.
6. Once a murder takes place, a class trial will begin shortly thereafter. Participation is mandatory for all surviving students.
7. If the guilty party is exposed during the class trial, they alone will be executed.
8. If the guilty party is not exposed, they alone will graduate, and all remaining students will be executed.
9. Additional school regulations may be added if necessary.
10. No murder (It appears to be scribbled out, even though it's on an e-handbook..?)

Makoto went silent, taking instead to aimlessly walk in a small raidius, allowing his mind to wander. He was asking questions- why they were here, why killing, why with them . Many others raced through... Some stupid, some that would probably hit him harder emotionally if he remembered everything...

Makoto glanced over, looking blank. He didn't know what to say or what to do... or even what to think. "The bear is gone-" was all he managed to blurt out- and then he got embarassed, his face going slightly red. He just hoped it wouldn't be as noticable as Nagito...

Meiji was completely silent during the whole announcement since she was so lost on what was even going on. "Killing? Execution? Ummm...", she muttered, trying to better understand the situation. No matter what, she couldn't completely wrap her brain around it. "I-I don't get it...", she whispered, knowing someone wouldn't hear her but saying it anyways.

(real reason why she was quiet the whole time is bc i didnt have enough time to write a post at wendys)
