"And the strength advantage. They'd probably need to confuse him in order to attack." He looked to Monokuma, suddenly embarassed. "It did- I breezed over the time, but it was after midnight." He shot a comforting smile to Meiji. "It's okay to be overwhelmed. It's understandable."

"Well....... With his size and strength, you would have to either have equal strength or be strong enough to hurt with one swing to do real damage. The best anyone could have done is bruise or knock him out. However, they would have to be very fast to catch him by surprise. Swinging a guitar like that with that much force would be difficult to do.... Unless if you knew what you were doing." Bakura says and sighs.

Makoto nodded. "With a swing strong enough to confuse him, it would severely injure him, considering" He hesitated for a moment. "The biggest bruise is on his neck. But, wouldn't it be far worse if they struck him as hard as you suggest?" Still tapping his foot, he turned his head to the side. "The scratches may have to wait for now. First we'll find out the guitar, then the scratches." He sighed. "The claw couldn't make scratches like that. A big, dangerous claw? I don't think it could make small scratches."

"Piano strings are very sharp almost like razor wire so that would explain the scratches. It could also be removed and used to choke Rory out. Most likely they ended up fighting because they failed to knock Rory out with the guitar." Keir points out
