People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

^This is how they look like when you find one, it's highlighted/no longer transparent when you visit the Sprite's house. (plus you don't have an egg or any sprite in your pokedex, if you do they'll be labeled in the emera part of your pokedex)
If you want spoilers for the sprites I can tell you if you want.

Each egg/hatched sprite contribute to the percentage here, outside the Ancient Cave. Each sprite found and hatched adds their total to that percentage. When you visit the Harvest Sprites, ones that you have found will be opaque and the ones you haven't will be less transparent.
About finding them.. it's been a while since I've found the Harvest Sprites, so I think I can lend you a hand (:

The Orange One
This one you randomly get from the Honeytree. Beware though- it's pretty hard to catch him, I'd suggest buying loads of Pokeballs.
The Light Blue One
You acquire him by randomly playing Coinflip. Don't click fast, if you click the coin while he's present he'll disappear!
The Dark Blue One
Oh god.. you get this guy by being on any page on PH. He randomly sits next to the 'HOME' tab, and the sprite is quite big so it's hard not to notice. The real challenge is finding him and hoping that RNG is on your side. Oh yeah, don't refresh.
The Purple One
This one you get by interacting a lot. I- I don't know what else to say about him, it's pretty straightforward. Again, it's all in RNG.

I actually have no clue about the other sprites, Dark Blue, Red, and Yellow. Or I just really messed up the colours lol

The Red One
Randomly in dinner time (5pm-7pm PH time I believe, just make sure it's the afternoon) Go into the lab and on top of the four eggs there may be the professor saying he found this egg in a soup-pot. If you accept to take it, it'll go too your party.
The Yellow One
Randomly while interacting you might get this egg, you'll get a notification if you do though.
The Green One
Go into emera mall item shop and buy berries, if you're lucky it'll spawn to the right of the list of the berries. Click it and it'll give you an egg.
The Purple One
Just open purple boxes in hope that it spawns when opening the chests. Also random, like most of the others. There's a pretty high chance still though.
Edit:Also, don't read these if you don't want to be spoiled though, if you just want some more hints I'll gladly help with decoding the "spoilers" (really just more questions :P) that Riako made.
