(Why am I always so awkward in first pages)
Evan walked out of his door and walked out of his house,he noticed that his mailbox was possibly touched,maybe it had mail waiting for him so he walked up to his mail box and opened it
He found a letter about some society of something(he got one didn't he?)
He passed it off and ripped it and put it in his pockets cuz he don't litter
And walked of to buy some soda packs from the nearby mini shop in his area(idk OK)

The dream gas made him sleepy and sent Cosmin into a dream... (This seems really strange but it was the only way I could make them dream xp)

He was in a world where everything was filled with yellow clouds. Three pillars rose from the floor holding 3 different objects. The first was some trainers with wings... The next was a small gun with the word “Lasers” on the side. The final one was an ice cube which kept turning into water and steam.

Cosmin picks up the transforming ice cube. Turning into gas would be beneficial, water could work easily with stealth, and ice can just block a path altogether, blocking the escape routes of villains. If his assumptions are right, that is what it'll do, so he just takes it.

(help I am stuck I can't do much other than make Evan pay for his sodas

He walked into the store and walked to the refrigerator where they kept drinks cold unlike those cheap shops that don't want to pay for the electricity so you have to drink them hot
This is possibly why he really liked this store and he knew where to find what he wanted quite easily,he had memorized most items locations by now,atleast the items he liked
Anyways,he grabbed a pack of 6 sodas and started making his way towards the cashier

Robin looked at the time on her phone before flipping it closed and standing up. She stretched out her leg, trying to get to get out the cramp. She started pacing back and forth in front of the bench, staring off into space. Her eyes then caught sight of a small convenience store. She decided to sit back down and watch the different aloof shoppers. "This is better than staring at that little kid crying over their popped balloon." She muttered, annoyance creeping into her growl.

Lilith watched everything happen more passively. 'I wonder if I could go take an assignment... Probably not, I might be needed here. I'll just wait for the correct moment to introduce myself.' she thought to herself while quietly humming. After looking over the new recruits and Kyoto one more time her eyes land on Azai and stay there. She looks him over for any kind of stress or tiredness. 'It must be a lot of stress and work to run this place. I could probably do it but never as well as him.' her eyes skirted away from Azai to the side as her soft smile fell for a moment to be replaced by a frown, but before anyone could notice it the soft smile was back on her face.

Kyoto saw someone had woken up. She wandered into the room and gave a nice smile, followed by, “Welcome to The Agency! What did you choose?” She asked, curiously.

Azai spotted Lilith. He approached her formally but relaxedly and asked, “Could you help Kyoto and help train the new apprentices? It would be greatly appreciated.”

Lolah hummed before frowning as she felt something on her head. She was currently in the middle of making a mama doll and hated being disturbed. She huffed slightly before taking what was on her head off. She growled slightly before reading the second letter. "Well mysterious letter, I am going to finish my dolly and go to the park." She mused to the letter before placing it on a nearby table and finishing her work on her doll.

Evan felt like something was just stuffed up his beautiful messy hair and pulled out the letter "oh what the heck is this"he asked and opened the letter and quickly read it "you know what,take me you weird sadistic society, IDC at this point just let me get my sodas first,geez"he yelled,seeming like a phyco in the store he walked up and paid for his soda

"You got Water, Ice and Steam? That means you can turn into them for a short amount of time! You must drink a lot of water though," She told Cosmin. She turned to Harper. "Hmm.. Ghost," she closed her eyes for a bit and began to think.. Ah! "You can turn invisible for a short amount of time, phase through thin walls and hover for a bit! Cool power." She observed. It was then she realised she had just revealed that she now had a power without explaining it. "Ah geez, forgot to explain, basically heroes in the society are given powers which, when trained and enhanced, you can become a Knight and a full time hero. I cannot stress this enough, no one outside of the agency is allowed to know, otherwise.." she trailed off. "Shall we go training when the others wake up?
