"I'm going to sleep." Riu decided, snatching a blanket to
curl up in it. "G'night--" He almost immediately passed
out.
"Night. Blast, you should go to sleep too. Oh. Here," Mel said
cheerfully, reaching into her backpack. She placed his pokeball on
the floor with a yawn. "Just in case you wanna return. See you
later." She yawned, rolling over. She fell asleep quickly.
Blast looked at the pokeball, and pressed the button to return
himself.
~•~•~
The clock in Tiger's room read about noon as Tiger was still
asleep. He had fallen asleep at his desk, hunched over a notebook
that he had been writing in for Raikou. His computer had shut
itself off. Cyndaquil yawned and sat up he looked over to Tiger and
shook his head before walking out of the bedroom and into the
kitchen to grab something to eat. Raikou was pouncing on a soccer
ball out in the backyard he had woken up hours before.
Mel had already woken up and refolded a few blankets, setting them
on the couch with a yawn. She'd been awake for a few hours, bored
out of her mind as she waited for Riu to wake up. By the time he
did, Marron had woken up as well.
The Quilava had released herself from her pokeball, scampering
outside to play with Raikou.
Riu had wandered outside to meditate or something, and Mel had
found herself a comfortable spot in the grass to scroll through her
pokégear.
Mira scrolled through her dex to wake herself up. I feel like
I'm forgetting something... She kept telling herself, and was
into #286 of her personal notes before it came to her. "Right! The
one thing I did in that base!"
She grabbed her bag and rushed out of Smokey's room. "Okay. So. I
swear to Arceus I wasn't ditching the fight when I went off on my
own," She said in one breath, grinning, and slammed the journal
onto the counter.
"A journal. Directly from Thora herself," Mira grinned. "I've only
read one page so far, but there is a guarantee of this
having some useful information."
Watt bounced down the stairs, munching an oran berry, and raced
outside.
Cyndaquil nodded and took another bite of the sandwich. "Hm.
Maybe there's a way to get Lion out of their grasp?" He
suggested gently and looked towards the stairs where Tiger's room
was.
Cyndaquil nodded and sighed "I'm sure we'll figure out a way to
save him" he said gently and put the plate into the sink. He
then grabbed some left over spaghetti that Tiger made a couple
nights ago and pushed it over to Mira. "Here you should eat
something. Tiger is still dead to the world so it might be a bit
before he can make anything for your guys"
Mira snickered at the 'dead to the world comment'. "Thanks," She
nodded, grabbing a fork and twirling a few strands of spaghetti.
"He'll wake up and we'll start figuring some stuff out."
Cyndaquil nodded in agreement and sat down on the counter. [I]"I'm
sure he'll be awake soon enough. I mean we all were exhausted from
the fight yesterday" he said kindly and yawned.
Mel re-entered the house with a yawn, tucking her pokégear into her
pocket. "Lion's still under Electron's control, but not all his
Pokémon are." She said cheerfully, placing Blast's pokeball on the
table. "Bam. His idea too."
Cyndaquil looked at the pokeball, and sniffed at it. "They must
have forgotten to brainwa-" he began and jumped when he heard a
this from the second floor of the house. "Well Tiger's
awake" he said with a sigh.
Tiger had woken up, as if from a nightmare, and fallen out of the
chair. He grabbed some clean clothes and changed before walking out
of his room, and walked downstairs to the kitchen mumbling about
some sort of nightmare that he hadn't been in for years. He yawned
and rubbed his eyes. "Afternoon" he said groggily.
Tiger yawned "nah I fell asleep at my desk, and the events from
yesterday triggered a nightmare I haven't seen since I was..." He
trailed off and thought for a moment.
"Is it the nightmare where you are trying to run from Ho-oh and
Lugia's moves while trying to get to Pichu?" Cyndaquil asked
curiously.
Tiger nodded and shrugged "it's fine honestly" he said lying
slightly. "So what's up?" He asked and leaned against a wall.
Mel snorted. "When you grow up to become a master thief or
something, send me a postcard." She joked with a yawn. "What's in
the journal anyway? Anything good?"
Jax walked into the house after his morning run. He got new clothes
and bought new Pokéballs , 3 more for everyone. He got himself some
ultra balls and poke balls for himself. He thought the pokeballs
would be a nice gesture for everyone. He gave everyone 3 and sat
down. “Enjoy!” He said with a smile.
