Tiger blinked and crouched down to Z's level. "Z you need to fight this. Ghetsis may have done something to hurt you, but you're strong willed just try and fight through it" he said gently as he could. He was forcing himself to not let the frustration and anger cloud his mind as best as he could.

Mira knew Tiger was right, but didn't move. She poked Z. "Z?" She mumbled and poked her again. I am never letting those two go back to Unova. She thought.

Mel pushed herself back up and sprinted off.

She tripped and fell and ended up rolling down a hill, grabbing a tree trunk to stop herself. She stumbled back to her feet and slowly shook herself out, moving to scramble to hide behind a tree and curl into a protective ball.

Riu paused beside her and frowned, sitting down beside her. He didn't say anything for a while. "Are you..?--"

"Don't."

Riu fell silent.

"I want to go home."

He blanched.

"Maybe Mia's still in Alola."

Tiger looked over to Mel as she ran off. He frowned and glanced over to Mira. "Could you stay with Z? I-I'm uh going to go find Mel" he said in concern, and got to his feet. He glanced at Cyndaquil and signaled him to stay there, he went off in the direction Mel went before Mira could answer. He jumped into a tree and scanned the undergrowth to find her. "Hey Mel" Tiger said gently and jumped to the ground when he saw her barely through the trees.

"Wait, Tiger! I-" Mira sighed as he ran off. She fell backwards and plopped down onto her behind. Toka and Watt scrambled over, Watt returning to his normal place on Mira's shoulder. Oh mother of Arceus. She thought, shivering, and looked at Z.

Cyndaquil glanced at Mira, and frowned. "I'm sure everything will be fine...I hope" he sighed and looked at Z. "Are you alright" the fire mouse asked in concern not remembering that Mira might not be able to understand him

Mira nodded very slowly. "...It's been a rough year, is all, and seeing Mel and Z like this..." She trailed off and looked up to Z. "She ran off. Are you alright?" Mira asked, not getting up quite yet.

Mel flinched and scrambled to the side. "Look, I'm sorry, I'm getting myself under control, you can go, I know we're awful." She mumbled quickly, pulling her hood up over her head.

Tiger blinked and darted up onto the lowest branch of the tree. He then hung upside down to try and cheer Mel up. "You both aren't awful." He protested softly and put his hands behind his head. "You both went through a lot in Unova, and it just broke out into an argument. It's not like that hasn't happened before" he pointed out gently.

Cyndaquil looked at Mira in slight surprise "wait you can understand me?" he said in shock. Before looking over to Z *Tiger went to find her."

Mira looked to Cyndaquil and nodded. "...I finally got around to learning pokemon," She explained a bit more happily, and cracked a smile. "Well, it's not perfect, and I don't understand every species... But, yeah. It's something."

Tiger chuckled as Z hugged her. He then stretched and nearly lost his balance on the branch. He regained his balance and looked at Mel "I'm sorry I got upset to. I was just concerned...as well as very stressed about Raikou lately" he sighed and shook his head slightly. "Now if you don't cheer up soon I'm staying up here for the year" he said joking gently.

Cyndaquil nodded and looked at Mira "At least I don't have to write on a pad of paper to communicate with you anymore" he squeaked cheerfully.

Mel smiled sadly and hugge Z back. "It's fine, I did the same thing. Sorry." She whispered miserably, before looking at Tiger. "Please don't get too much blood in your head." She grinned, reaching one hand up.

Tiger smiled and sighed "alright I promise I won't" he said gently and pulled himself up onto the branch. He then felt dizzy as if he got back up too quickly, and lost his balance. "Ah Magikarp!" he said and crashed into a bush. "And that marks the first time I almost died while you're in Johto" he joked lightly and looked at the sky from where he fell into the bush.

Cyndaquil nodded and looked at Mira "I'm sure this will all be over soon enough. I mean we're all here to relax and have fun right?" he said gently.
