"How does anything is amazing exist." Mel said, skidding to a halt
to look up at the manor. "Seriously. It's fantastic. My mom would
die if she knew I was somewhere like this."
"Agreeing with you." Riu said, pausing beside her.
Max snorted at what Jenny muttered. "I would rather live in a
cardboard box with my whole family than in an empty manor with only
my little sister to interact with." He responds while looking back
at her. "For what good is a large house if you can't call it home."
Mel skated back towards them. "Hey, at least you have your sister.
My mom didn't even acknowledge my existence until three days ago."
She muttered, skating in circles around the group.
Max didn't even bother asking what Jenny muttered. Everyone
thinks it is wonderful being in a big place, but it's not. The
silence is deafening. Probably why me and sis normally stay in the
hotel instead. He thinks to himself. "True." He offhandly mused
at Mel.
"Only child. Single parent. ...Too much attention can be kind of
smothering from time to time," Mira pointed out. "Although... I am
rather sorry about that."
Mel snorted and paused her skating. "Must be nice, though. It got
too quite at my house, which is why I'm so loud now." She shrugged.
"Gotta fill up the silence, y'know? Riu tried to play the kazoo and
ended up throwing it in the fireplace." She remembered with a fond
grin.
"I'm an only child and I don't care about all the attention I just
care about my mom, dad, and pokemon being there for me." Z said and
looked down at the pokeball in her hand.
