Here we can see number of all interactions on site for last 30 days.
Roughly said, on average there is about 1.4 million interactions, to fill lovemeter we need 20 million interactions. With average of 1.4 million we need about 14-15 days to fill it for x2 day which seems a lot.
Note that this is when there are no interaction events, with active events there are more interactions on site.

I can't provide any statistics for before, how often have we used to have x2 days.
That's why before even thinking of making a suggestion of decreasing the number (to probably 15 millions, 10-11 days to fill when is no event on) I would like to see other opinions.

P.S. Don't comment "Yes, make a suggestion, I totally agree" just because you like x2 days.

I agree with this.... Site activity when it comes to interacting is not what it once was when i first joined PH. Interactions seemed to have slowed. If it were lowered slightly even to 15m it would make it slightly more of a reachable incentive for those who might interact.

Yes, we should reduce the lovemeter goal. To be honest the thing I see with most interacting sites is when they assume just because there's a lot of members. They will all interact, but thats not the case. Like look how much people online to how much registered members there is. Probably like 25% of the members just came and left because they didn't know you had to registrate with an email, and there's no turning back if it's the wrong email. (I speak from experience) So rather than having the people who want to hatch their eggs fast by interacting 12,000 times in one day. Wouldn't it be nice to give them some slack, after all they are trying their best.

To the new estimated one, Probably to 18 million interactions. Which is 10% off from the lovemeter just to let you know. Though with the estimations it usually just takes a week. I really don't know what you mean by 15 days. (I'm just a noob, I have no experience with pass interaction droughts XD)

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Thanks guys for commenting

@Mrinja

Lovemeter goal is not assumed by number of registered users, it's about number of interactions that are done on this site every day. You are new here, so you can't know some things. We used to have (telling from a feeling, not from actual statistics) x2 day every week. Until now lovemeter goal was only raising since site was developing all this time until recently where number of interactions per day is much lower than lets say a few months ago.

By 15 days, I meant number of days that is needed to fill the lovemeter, 18 millions won't reduce much. Anyway Riako will decide if he will accept this suggestion (well, when someone actually write it in place for suggestion, I didn't want) and for how many he will lower the goal.

I agree with you.
The interactions reduced a lot and I think it's time to adjust the lovemeter.

I remember long ago, when we had 2x day every 3-4 days and that's when the limit quickly increased until we got around one 2x day every week.
I think a "highlight" (2x day) every week would be perfect. It feels more rewarding for the players and people might start to interact more again. The lovemeter would need some regularly adjustment at the beginning but little things like this also keep the site alive ;)
