I think this's a pretty useless role, more bad than a normal townie.
Ferret seems suspicious trying to provoke the one cat to kill a person. The viligante should not kill without clear suspicions.

Well, considering Expresso's role, is best for Cat to kill them. Though, it's also not really important, as we'll not let anyone vote them XD. But if everybody feels better for the Vigilante to target them it's okay

I'm still waiting for Nagito's response. I want their role's name for proof at the night results
