"Just because I have the complaining skills of a five year old,
doesn't mean I AM a five year old." Mel told Lucario in a
dangerously flat voice. "I am a perfectly capable ten year
old."
"Last month you set the kitchen on fire and almost burned down
the house."
"Fire types really like to set things on fire." Victor observed. He
had his fair share of Fire types to keep a stock of atleast 10 burn
heals on himself at any given time.
(wait so is everyone just following Roy or)
Roy turned around, and asked, "How old are you, Mira?" He had just
defeated all of the Trainers on the floor, and was preparing to go
higher.
"I guess this is enough proof that I'll do anything for Fire
types." Victor said, and sent out Blaze, Flare and Houndour.
Houndour looked at growlithe Who he hadn’t seen before.
"INTRUDER CANINE!" He barked and ran at Char with a bite
attack ready.
"What day is it anyways?" Roy asked, not checking the date at
anytime during the journey. "I don't even know if I'm still 13
anymore..." Roy then noticed the Houndour preparing the attack, and
warned, "Bite in seconds, Mira."
Mira turned quickly and jumped backwards slightly, still clutching
Char. The fire-type growled and sent a fireball flying over in
self-defense (it was really more for Mira, though).
"WAITHOUNDOOMTHATISNOTAWILDPOKEMON," Toka said quickly.
Victor held Houndour by the neck mid-jump to stop it. "Houndour,
everyone here is in our group, or in your preferred language,
members of the pack."
Houndour gave a small whine. "Sorry for my failure to recognise
our allies, Master. Je suis desolé."
Mira sighed in relief. Char was shooting protected glances at
Houndour, teeth grit. "Let's keep going, then. I'll just watch,
since I'm not challenging any gyms."
