“Hey!” Victor shouted as he crashed with Roy and almost fell down, almost. Volt didn’t recognise Roy at first in all the commotion so he used thunder wave on the ‘intruder’.

Roy felt the shock full force, getting paralyzed and falling on the ground, crying, "Ā! Nande watashi? Kore wa totemo meiwakudesu!"

(Literal translation: "Ooh! Why me? This is SO annoying!")

Mel, who by then had finished training ("Nice job Dewott!"), had returned the way she'd gone. As she approached the two, she simply shook her head. "Was there a reason you ran off to challenge the gym leader?" She asked Roy.

"T-Tiger had said he was worried about going back to Goldenrod, due to the suspicions he might draw, but I went there and told Whitney everything that happened. Then he battled, and now I have my 1st Gym Badge!" Roy explained quickly, looking for Butterfree.

Tox standing in front of the Gym, he sent out snivy, lillypup, and zorua. all level ten but he didnt know if he could win, they nudged him forward, they wanted to battle so he went in, to girls greeted him.

Tiger continued through the forest in silence. I didn't mean that Roy was useless. I didn't want him to feel that way! I just...ugh. He thought to himself, and sighed. Maybe I should have explained... he thought sharply. He wasn't paying attention to where he was going when Cyndaquil called out a warning. Tiger blinked, and slid down a small ledge where he crashed into a bramble thicket.
