Tiger blinked, and looked over to Heart. He accepted her help, and
pulled a few brambles from his jacket "I'm fine" he said in a
slight grumble. He blinked, and looked over to Cyndaquil "were you
following me?" he asked in slight shock. He had walked away so
quickly he didn't notice that he was being followed.
Tiger heard Roy, but ignored the other trainer. He then sighed
"it's alright, Heart...I just didn't want to go to Goldenrod
because well..." he trailed off, and sighed. "Even if Roy talked to
Whitney, and I do appreciate that, I've been confused for Snow..."
he trailed off and pulled a bramble from his hair.
Tiger nodded, and looked back to Cyndaquil. He then sighed, and
brushed himself off. His mind kept going back to the problems he
was afraid of.
Tiger's flashback because story?
Tiger smiled, and cheered as Cyndaquil and Pidgeotto defeated
Snow's Pikachu, and Poliwag. "Alright! Come on guys before Ho-Oh
sh-" Tiger was cut off as Ho-Oh appeared. "Never mind" Tiger
growled, and looked around Mahogany. He was told by Elm to go and
retrieve a special item he needed for a project. Ho-Oh screeched,
and flew into town angrily.
"Now Tiger" Snow said darkly, and smirked. "You're going to have
some fun, and I'm going to go find that item" he laughed. He then
ran off, and the legend began to attack the town. Tiger growled,
and summoned Lugia in the middle of town. Many trainers had seen
his silver wing, and assumed he was in possession of both
legends.
"Traitor! How dare you ruin our peaceful city!" A woman yelled. She
was shielding a child from Tiger.
"But I" Tiger began but was cut off as a few trainers went over,
and was knocked back slightly.
"Listen kid. You might have the town folk fooled, but you can't
hide the fact that you work for Rocket! Now come with us or face
the consequences!" A trainer snapped angrily. Tiger fled the town
in fear, but was caught upon returning home.
I didn't want to make it to long of a flashback
Tiger shook the memory away and sighed. I never want to go back
to the town jail again...even if I got help the citizens of
Goldenrod might not believe Whitney, and I don't want to risk
it. He thought to himself with a sigh. He stayed in Mahogany's
jail for a day, and was bailed out by Elm the next morning. He
shook his head once more, and continued onward.
"TIGER? WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?!" Roy grew frustrated with Tiger
for disappearing, then his frustration faded away as he realized it
was probably his fault, like it was supposedly everything else.
If he had had a vision, it was passed off as a dream. When it
occured, he would be scolded for not telling anyone he was actually
serious. This was the same cycle until Roy had gotten sick of it
and ran away from Hoenn. He got Mr. Briney to take him to Johto,
where he had decided to run off to. There, he met Clair, Lance,
and, later, Koga, all who were much nicer to him than his parents
and neighbors back in Mauville.
Tiger heard Roy once more, and growled. "What?" he said lowly, and
walked back towards Roy. He kept his emerald gaze on the ground as
he walked back to the other trainer.
Seeing Tiger, Roy sighed with relief. "Thank Arceus... Look. I'm
sorry I snapped out at you. I don't care if you forgive me or not,
but I apologize..."
"I'm sorry to hear that" Tiger said and looked over slightly. He
then sighed, and shook his head. "The reason I don't want to go to
Goldenrod is because...well..." he trailed off and sighed. He then
explained what had happened in Mahogany.
"...I can understand why you don't want to go then. You don't have
to." Roy said, understanding that their stories, while not really
close to being similar, had involved loathing the return to a
place. "The real reason I haven't picked a starter is, well... I
already have one. My Swampert."
Tiger nodded in understanding and looked at Cyndaquil. "I didn't
choose one either. Cyndaquil and I knew each other way longer than
most newbie trainers" he said softly.
(If you want you can be Whitney it's easier that way. IMHO)
Tiger walked though the forest and went straight for Azalea City.
He sighed, and scratched his head as he thought about what he'd say
to the people in Goldenrod.
The door was opening slowly.
"Another challenger?" Whitney's voice came from inside. Victor
entered the gym.
"Yes. The previous one was a friend of mine." He said.
Tiger yawned and looked around town. "Alright let's see..." he said
half to himself. He then noticed the town was in a bit of a slight
panic. "What is going on here?" he said in shock.
