Kat froze slightly, and growled in disgust. "That's..." he trailed off, and looked over to Yukio, and Andromeda. He then sighed, and remembered his mom hadn't wanted to leave the zoo. I wont leave...it's safe here her words repeated in his mind.

Andromeda seemed taken aback, “ Then this mission was fruitless...”, she muttered. “ Now What?, ” she asked the others.

Lucia swore. "I could have tried to get some of the others out too." She growled, and then sighed and shook her head. No. No, she couldn't have. She gave up and dropped her head.

Kanti clenched her fists and cleared the box off of the table. It wasn't exactly loud, but to her, it sounded like an explosion. She panted in fury, looking at the bits of spilled medicine on the floor.

"Let's just get out of here" Kat said quietly, and looked at his paws. He was still troubled by leaving his mom behind in the zoo. She'd be in more danger if she came with us...without her human form to keep her safe in towns...she'd be a walking target he decided reluctantly.

Lucia leapt back and fell over, immediately flattening her ears and covering her head with her paws. The sound reminded her of something.. She just wasn't sure what.. She was starting to panic at this point. Where have I heard that? She thought, keeping her head covered.

Andromeda barked, and paced the room, [i]" Come on, let's leave this wretches place behind. " She grabbed Yukio by the scruff as she headed to the door, and looked back at the others, urging them to follow.

Kat turned into a tiger, and followed Andromeda, and Yukio out quickly. He was still distracted by what he'd seen in the tiger exhibit.

Lucia uncovered her head and followed the others, albeit slowly. Her ears remained flattened against her head as she tried to remember where she'd heard the noise.. Still panicked, she nearly ran into a wall before rightening herself and hurrying after them.

Andromeda glanced back at Lucia, concerned. " Focus! Kanti, stay close to Lucia, " she shouted through gritted teeth, as she was still holding onto Yukio. She loped down the service hallway with the others in tow.

Kat glanced over to Andromeda, and shook his head. "I think there's a vent that leads outside" he meowed. "Though it goes into a few exhibits. The tigers, lions, and artic animals will be hard to pass through their exhibits because the humans might be looking for us" he said quickly. "It might be the only safe way out...

Andromeda nodded her head, " Lead the way...", she said, lowering her head before Kat. She looked back towards the others, making sure Lucia wasn't straggling. I knew this wouldn't end well,Andromeda thought.

Andromeda leaned against the wall-vent, letting Yukio crawl ahead of her, than claws her way into the vent as well. "Tight...Fit..", she huffed, as she followed Yukio and Kat in front of her.

Yukio glanced over to Andromeda and followed Kat. "The vents are wider a little ahead" Kat said kindly, and waited for the others. "The tiger exhibit is first, we'll be going into the tiger's forest behind the glass so if you don't want to be spotted...don't stay near the glass, and hide" he warned.

Lucia slipped in after Andromeda and yawned. The tight space was a bit disturbing, but she'd be okay. She followed the others in and peered around.

Kanti transformed into a fox--almost reluctantly, since she knew she'd be safer as a human in this instance--and jumped into the vents last, clicking the vent cover back on and checking around before following rather easily; being the smallest species did have its perks.
