Sans (imo) is a good character, just the fandom made him overrated and more unlikeable.

Agreed... his backstory is amazingly well done, but his personality just makes everyone be all... cringy about him, so to speak.
There are other characters with incredible backstories too that deserve the same attention but just... don't have as much attention. Asgore and Asriel/Flowey, to name a couple.

Tbh hardly any characters get attention except for sans, and thats because...
i don't even see why everyone loves him and made him so cringey tbh...
the puns? laziness? likeability? the fact he's actually an amazing boss? i don't get it

Tbh i believe undyne deserves a bit more attention.
She's literally the true hero who just wants monsterkind to be free, and in the genocide run, the true hero who wants to save everyone

Flowey/Asriel deserves more attention because of his backstory and how, though they're still the same person they're still not quite. You gotta look at the whole picture with them.

Asgore deserves more attention and he definitely doesn't get enough screentime in the game.


Just most characters in general need more attention, but sans just gets it all.
I love sans but really, he doesn't deserve THAT much attention.

Yeah, Undyne's backstory about being trained by Asgore is awesome. She used to idolize Gerson like Monster Kid idolizes her, which I find kind of ironic. Also, her facial expressions and some of the things she says are priceless.

Papyrus is actually a super interesting character, too, despite being super incompetent. There's definitely a lot of room for theorizing as well.

And Asriel's story is just heartbreaking in every way possible tbh.

Papyrus is like, so overlooked tbh.
Even though he's so innocent in general, who's to say that his special attack really wasn't that 'special'? after all, the dog ate it, basically.

I mostly liked hi cuz of the colour pallete and cuz of him being relatable and him being my favourite kind of monster(I used to like skeletons)
