The Elementist (open RP)
Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Elementist (open RP)"You got Mind and Space?!" Aiden exclaimed, voice cracking noticeably. "Sorry. Okay. What? Yeah, but which one now? I think I know where I can find Time, but it might take a few days."
Lucia let out a breath. "At least everyone's alive." She murmured.
Ali slid beside Bryan. "If it makes you feel any better," She muttered. "I think they're speaking a different language when they go off like this. I have no idea what they're saying."
"But what?" Sasha asked.
"It will only last a couple weeks at the very most. After that, the shield will shatter, along with her life." Well said. "It is very dangerous."
Bryan looked around at everyone's expressions. Surprisingly, it was Allen to first speak. "Look, Cam. You don't have to do this. We can all work together to keep the shadows at bay."
Annabelle heard what was going on. It must be hard for Cam
"Woah, Cam, listen to yourself." Aiden argued. "I know you have a death wish, but Allen's right. We can do this together."
"And have all of us killed? No thanks." Cam responded dryly. "If I can at least save some people then I'll do it. Does anyone know how much time is left?" She closed the book with a 'thump' and pushed it aside. "Let's not forget they still have two more elements to find." She said. "What if they don't find them in time? We need a Plan B."
Everyone went silent. Bryan didn't want to say something to ruin the mood. He grabbed Ali by the arm and dragged her out of there. "Come on."
Annabelle could feel the silence over the phone. It seemed chilling to the bones. Everything was riding on her and the other Elementists to find these elements and Jake and to put a stop to this.
(Do you mind if I add one more character to get Matter? Or do you want to make that character?)
Ali allowed herself to be dragged out. "Well that really put a damper on the mood." She offered, and then fell silent. "You okay?" She asked Bryan.
Aiden hesitated. He wasn't sure that if it came down to it, he'd be able to kill Jake. But if that's what had to be done, that's what had to be done Andrew nothing would change that. He sucked in a deep breath and waited for someone else to speak first.
Cam hesitated before speaking. "If Well's calculations are right, then they have two weeks to find the last two elements. If Aiden really does know where the Time element is, then one element is left. They need to find someone willing, and fast." She shook her head. "If they can't, then the shield goes up. I don't think anyone is willing to do Plan B."
Lucia stayed quiet.
Annabelle heard someone. She turned around at where she heard the sound.
Name: Susan
Age: 15
Gender: female
Appearance: yellow eyes, show that she is an Ancient. (At most can use magical items) gold like hair. Wears old Middle Age clothes.
Element: Matter
Aiden heard Annabelle turning and faced her. "Hear something?" He asked quietly.
"There's someone over there." Annabelle said. "I can hear their heart pounding."
"We leave right now." Bryan said. "We have no time to waste."
Ali grinned sharply. "Then let's head out." She said confidently. She headed towards the gates, opening them and gesturing to Bryan to follow. "C'mon, before the others find us or something. It's my first time sneaking out, I don't wanna mess it up."
Annabelle pushed Aiden's gun down. "Let's hear her out first." (No pun intended when saying that, lol)
Bryan smirked. "They get mad at people sneaking out?"
Aiden scowled, tucking he guns back into their holsters. "Fine." He huffed, crossing his arms. He's hung up on the old group and was starting to get a bit homesick. He knew he'd probably end up traveling back at some point, but still.
Annabelle looked at Aiden. "She can help us. We don't have much time. We can do it now."
Bryan smiled. "You wanna just jump through wormholes with me and hope for the best?" He subconsciously made a portal leading to someplace nobody knows. "It'd be the best escape plan"
Ali's eyes narrowed slightly as she grinned. "What else is there to do?" She asked and grabbed his arm. "Ready to go?" She asked cheerfully.
"What is this place?" He asked himself out loud.
Susan put her hands down and said, "from what I heard, there are still two Elements of Science still out there. You wanted Time, right? I did my research and found where it could be. It, or should I say it's holder, is in the Big Ben clock tower in England."
Ali nearly fell, steadying herself on a nearby desk. She pulled her hand back, grimacing at he amount of dust on it. "Ew." She muttered, releasing Bryan's arm to look around. "I don't know." She said, slightly disgusted by the amount of dust. "Maybe there's a label of paper somewhere?"
"I have a solution for that too." Susan said. She pulled out a little object and said a few words underneath her breathe. She threw it into the air, and suddenly it was a big flying ship.
Bryan looked at some of the files. One read, TOP SECRET. so he did the only logical thing. He took a peek. What he found was interesting to say the least. Whoever these people were, they knew a lot about the Ancients, the monsters and the elements and Elementists. He turned the page to show a UFO. That was when he knew it. "Ali." He started. "We are in Area 51."
Just as he said that, sirens went off.
"How can that be?" Bryan asked. "This place looks abandoned!"
"Dear lord, what did you do?!" Ali cried, pressing her hands against her ears. "Area 51?! How?! How do we shut those alarms off?!" She screwed her eyes shut as if it would help block out the loud alarms blaring in the lab. "This place looks like it's been abandoned for ages, how are the alarms still working?!"
Suddenly, the doors busted open and people with guns stormed the place, all waiting for Bryan and Ali to make one wrong move.
"Seriously." Bryan said. "We all got a bigger problem here than your secrecy. Plus everyone basically knows now."
A woman stepped through the group of people.
"Oh believe me." She said. "There are much more secrets than any of you Elementists know of." She turned to her soldiers. "I want them alive. Use that new expirament I've been working on."
The soldier nodded and brought out a weird futuristic weapon and shot it
Bryan felt something contract around his neck, followed by him being shocked. He fell to the floor, unconscious.
Susan nodded. "Unless if you want to wait for the end of the world, I would get in."
Annabelle didn't hesitate. She jumped in, ready.
"Oh no thank you. We've got places to be, people to save. Y'know. Haha." Aiden yawned, leaping in as well. "How long will it take to get there, do you think?"
"Good." Replied Annabelle. "We needed a break."
"You both should rest while you can. I have this." Said Susan.
Bryan woke up with chains around his hands and feet. Now he feels like one of those dangerous prisoners. Minus the device on his neck. He touched it. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." He looked up to see the woman. "Those things around your neck keeps you from using your powers. And if you try to take it off, it will shock you."
