Char yiped and ran over to Mira. "You're gonna be a trainer! A REAL trainer!" She barked enthusiastically, though Mira wasn't nearly as excited.

She picked Char up and put her on her shoulder. "Professor... I-I'm flattered, but..." She found herself at a loss for words. She saw Jade sign something. "Whatever she said."

Jade made an annoyed huff, wrote it down on a piece of paper, and handed it to Mira. it read What I said is that there is more to some of us than meets the eye.

"A trainer?! Sounds like fun!" Drake said, sounding as if he were to explode in happiness. Axew quickly ran back to Drake and smiled at him. "I get to..battle other people..?" Axew asked. "Mhm! You sure do!" Drake said as he picked Axew up and put her on his shoulder.

Jade wrote on the same paper to be honest, your Growlithe seems to be very excited and wants you to be a trainer. Shade jumped onto Jade's shoulder and snickered at how everyone else was shocked, when Jade was completely understanding.

"I want to catch em all. Completing the Pokedex would mean a lot to me." Tess said quietly.

"You all are strong, in your own ways, y'know? Any other questions?" Selena said, grabbing the stack of Poxedexes. "Ah, yeah! Here's your Pokedexes." Selena said, holding the dexes of different colors in her hands. Tess went and grabbed a green one.

Mira nodded at Jade and turned to Char, who nodded enthusiastically. "...Okay," She finally sighed, and smiled. "I'll do it."

She grabbed a light blue dex.

Drake looks over to the pokedexes, and then to his Axew. "Axew, which dex should we pick?" Drake asked, smiling. "That one!" Axew said, pointing towards a Red Pokedex. "Alright! Thanks Axew." Drake said, as he grabbed a red dex.

Tess walked out, putting her skates back on. "So. I'm going off to the first gym." She smiles, skating off and putting Misty back into her Pokeball.

Mira smiled and waved goodbye, handing her Pokedex to Char to slip into her bag. She stepped outside and leaned against the lab, sighing. Char give her a little lick on the cheek, making Mira giggle. "Okay. We can do this, right?" Char nodded, tail wagging.

Tess skated down route 4, to get to Santalune city, when she saw a patch of grass shaking, Sending Misty out, a wild Shinx jumped out of the grass.

Jade walked along an alleyway trying to find a quicker way to route 4. Shade's ears pricked up and she started to growl, causing Jade to stop in her tracks.

Drake rushed out the Lab with Axew running beside him. "Let's go to Santalune to get our first badge!" Drake said, seeming enthusiastic about the situation. Drake quickly walked out of Lumiose and didn't get anywhere into Route 4 before being attacked by a Ralts. "Ralts...?" Drake said, not too fond of the little pokemon. "Pokedex! Scan this pokemon!" Drake commanded, as he took his Pokedex out to scan Ralts. "Ralts senses the emotions of people using the horns on its head. This Pokémon rarely appears before people. But when it does, it draws closer if it senses that the person has a positive disposition." The pokedex replied. "Thanks. Axew, let's do this." Drake said, with a grin on his face.

James stands up in the lab with Benny floating near his shoulder.He takes the Pokedex from Selena and looks at her."Hey um..My mom told me to give you a message.She wanted me to tell you that Mrs.Dreynar said hi and she wouldn't mind it if you can find the time to come have tea."He tells her quietly before leaving the lab.
