Welcome to the Writers Club!
I am Monji, the creator and mod for this club, and I'm very glad you're here. The title says everything, but let's clarify below, shall we?
~What is this Club About?~

The Writers Club is a club for anybody
who enjoys writing. Whether you've been doing it for years or have
just started, the Writers Club will accept you as one of our
Authors and support you in our community of others just like you.
Any form of writing is acceptable, from poetry to short stories.
Here you can get advice, ideas, there might even be a few contests
for you to try and win prizes from! The point of this club it to
know you have support for your writing, and have fun! There are
some rules, however, so please read them below!

-Normal PH rules apply!
-You must be accepted as a member before you can post any writing or stories! (Or anything in general)
-I am a busy person, I have a life, please do not get upset if it takes me a few hours before I can answer a question or accept your form!
-This club is about HAVING FUN! Please try to stay nice and do not argue, or I will be forced to warn you.
-Mods will be asked for in a post made by me, and it's a first come first serve basis. Also, if you want to be a mod, I have to have you added to my friendlist and me to yours.
-Any questions? Feel free to ask in this forum, or palpad/pm me or even one of the mods! I promise to answer to the best of my abilities!

~What Can We Post in this Club?~

Almost anything related to writing can
be posted in this forum. A bit of a story, or a poem, even
advertisement for a story you're writing either here, or even on
another website! (As long as it follows the first rule). You can
ask for advice on a plot, or even a style of writing. If you do NOT
want criticism on a piece and just want support, then please state
so on your post with the piece. If you have not gotten advice,
criticism, or support on a piece at all, and another conversation
has continued on, you may make another post asking for people to
look at your last post. Feel free to discuss plots and ideas on
this thread, it's perfectly fine! Just don't get too off topic. You
may post poetry, your own stories, or even fanfiction, and you are
allowed to discuss anything related to writing here!

way to express creativity while also earning prizes! A contest will
either have a genre, theme, even a short story starter, and you
will have to make a story to go along with it. You enter it here,
and the most creative story will win a prize! These contests are
all about fun, so don't worry if you don't win, there's always next

I have an idea for a short story about an insane girl that refuses to leave this creepy mansion because she can talk to the demons and ghosts and spirits that live there.
Idk what to name her though, I'm thinking Avalina or Avaline?

There's a brand new contest up for anyone willing to participate! This contest is called Fantasy Land, and you have ONE whole week to prepare your entry! The winner will get two weather balloons and a jaw fossil! Pieces can be short stories, or poems, and can be sent in either by being posted on this forum or PMed to me!
