At the AH, we should get our pd just after anyone outbids us.

yes, but for example: you want a ditto, there is two auctions going on, you have 5mil pd

you bid on the first andd someone outbids you by 10k

you can´t bid on the other one, because you didn´t get your money back yet, so this other, maybe not-advertised, short auction you´ve seen after bidding on the first ends, while your money is still locked on the other ongoing auction

I don't support because this isn't well explained.

You just stated the suggestion, and that's it. It would be better if you gave an example like Gottesbob or explain you suggestion more. Why should this be implemented? How would it work? What steps could be taken to prevent it from being abused? Answering those questions could help this suggestion a lot.
