"Just a trainer from my home town" Tiger said simply.

Lion acted hurt, but wasn't really "aw come now Tiger. I thought we were friends" he said in a sarcastic tone.

Tiger sighed "we were...then you became a jerk" he said bluntly.

"Know that feeling," Mira mumbled, halfway to herself. "Well, we better go. Have to train, right?" She said louder, smiling, trying to break up the tension.

Tiger nodded, and Lion narrowed his eyes "Why don't we just battle then?" he asked lowly. Though if Tiger heard him he ignored it. He then nodded to Mira, and walked out of the center.

Mira followed, not even hearing Lion, but rather nodding a farewell to him. "Hm. Well that was... Interesting," She mused as she walked.

"Exactly. Besides, we have more pressing matters to attend to. I've been doing some research, and if we want a faster Pokemon, Weedle is the way to go. If we want one with better attack and more health, Caterpie is the way to go. But the downside of Caterpie is that its evolution, Metapod, is completely useless and only has one move, that doesn't even deal damage," Mira explained, pulling up her Pokedex which already held the data of certain Pokemon.

"Well if you catch Caterpie before it evolves then it knows tackle. Though Weedle would still have poison sting" he said as he decided.

"Ah, right. So, Weedle," Mira nodded, slipping the Pokedex back into her bag and handing Tiger a bag of ten Pokeballs.

Tiger nodded a thanks, and took the pokeballs. He then looked over to Cyndaquil. "I think I'll let Cubone, and Charmander out so they can train for Brock's gym" he said simply.

Mira tried to follow somewhat quickly. Pikachu was faster, though, and ran with Cubone.

Cubone blinked "Cubone Cu (a Pidgey)" he mumbled lowly. The pokemon then glanced at Pikachu, and the Pidgey flew down to attack.

The Pikachu sent out a Thunder Shock, without thinking. The move was super effective.

Pikachu was blown back, into the bushes. He came out with a leaf on his head, but quickly shook it off and used a Quick Attack on the Pidgey.
