"Well we are supposed to be the heroes. Not the villains. S no
killing or I eat you!" Tessa warns them. The scary thing is. She
will. "Can we just get him in a cell at Arkham?" Altessia asks
ttiredly referring to Joker.
"A little too late. I might've killed two people already with that
helicopter crash..." Draco muttered, hoping she wouldn't hear.
Draco knocked out 2 of the goons with a few swings. "I can take him
to a cell right now, if you want."
"Yes ma'am.We will take him to Arkham asss well."The shadows
hiss."We will let you,Goddess, and male human child talk."The
shadows swarm around the Joker.Nyx goes to say something about
Draco not being a child but sighs and shrugs before turning to
Draco."Sorry about them calling you a child."
"Do that and no more killing. We are supposed to take over from the
dark knight. He didn't kill." (He actually did in the earliest
comics. But eh.) Altessia says doing what she can to stay awake.
She gives the joker to the shadows.
"Eh. I'm sort of used to it. I'm only 18," he replied. "And also, I
didn't choose to take over bats. I just happened to be here when it
happened," he said. Draco walked over to Draco and the shadows, "We
can put strap him to my motorcycle and speed off to Arkham."
Altessia yawns. "Do what you think is best. And then get some rest.
You did good. All of you." She says before looking at Nyx. "I have
something I want to show you."
Draco carried Joker over to his motorcycle and strapped him to the
seat, tightly. Draco got on and drove off to Arkham. His motorcycle
was modified to go faster than usual, allowing him to arrive faster
than usual. Draco locked up the Joker in a cell and into his secret
base.
Draco got unchanged and back into his normal clothes. Draco walked
up the stairs and opened the secret entrance that is hidden behind
a wall in his house. Draco got into the shower.
The Joker finally woke up, nose still bleeding, in Arkham. He
wasn't even surprised. On his bed, he crossed his legs and looked
up at the ceiling. He smiled. "Batsy is back," He muttered, wiping
the blood from his nose.
(THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO OFFLINE. I WAKE UP IN A MENTAL
ASYLUM.)
Beck thanked the man who held onto his groceries, surprised that he
hadn't evacuated at the sound of the explosion. He shrugged it off,
resuming his lonely trek home. Most of the area was empty, and it
was all he could do to keep the police from noticing him. He did
not want to be questioned. Beck slipped into an alley once
he had returned to 'safety' - Or, well, what he assumed was a safe
zone.
The young man checked his phone, the touch of electricity exciting
him. Unfortunately, no one had contacted him. No governments, no
companies. No heroes, and no villains. It was disappointing. Oh
well. Beck still had enough money to last him a while.
Nyx was going to answer Altessia but quickly had to catch her as
she passed out."I'll tell you when you wake up my friend."She muses
with a small laugh before carrying her to her couch. She then sits
on the floor and waits.
(G'night!)
(I'm going to stop putting "the" in front of Joker xD)
The sun was slowly rising, and the busy night in Gotham
disappeared. Joker just sat, not tired, not wanting to sleep, on
his bed. He checked his pocket, and there it was. They hadn't taken
it.
Batman's cape.
He laughed and uncrumpled it, looking at it. Wrinkled, sure, and
battle-worn, but it was there. It was a key, really, to what he
planned to do. But first, he had to get out.
He got access to a phone by bribing a guard (pfft, it's as if
people trust this guy) and quickly dialed Beck's number. It
rung, and for a moment Joker wondered if he would pick up.
