(Hair found on or near a body that doesn't belong to the cadaver is evidence that the person the hairs belong to may have been around the victim around the time of death. But it could be planted there to keep the police from catching the killer. We know Catwoman was there. We know Batman supposedly fell. What we don't know is what happened after. And she has no motives to kill him. Plus we can rule out accident because it is out of place to the characters.)

(Bane could have pushed him off the building or Croc could have tried to drag him into the sewers and broke his bones while trying.)

(Plus there would be evidence it was croc that can't be anyone else. A mangled cadaver if there is a body to recover. The suit would be in shredded pieces. And the hair would mean someone wanted Catwoman to take the blame. Bane could be the one to break Batman's bones. But maybe someone else was giving orders.)

The Joker spun his cane on one hand and walked back over to his car. It's a wonder how he can drive with a broken leg, but he can. Apparently.

The two go to the base. He hoped Lithar was still there; they had some stuff to work out. "Hope you can help us out with this whole plan! You're too fast to not be useful," He mused on the way, smirking.

Jason laughed and sped up as well. "I just realized my phone is in my pocket... Thank god my jacket is waterproof!" He chuckled.
