@Pork if you look on the event page it says it has already ended, and if the official page of it is down, I'm guessing that word's final.

You were meant to claim it after the event - you may have missed it

Edit:

After finding ten eggs, you receive our new Event Egg.
After finding all fifteen eggs, you receive a special reward.
It will be possible to claim your rewards on April 21st (and it will remain possible to claim them for about a week)"

you would have been able to claim a non shiny event egg if you found 10 eggs an a shiny if you found 15, you could tell the number of eggs you found as they changed colour as soon as you found an clicked on them, unless you was a low level below 15 you could not access certain areas which ment you was never gonna find 15 eggs as you couldn't get access those certain areas
